The hotel r at walking distance from cellular jail and all main attractions spots like marina park ,ferry for Ross Island and north bay island also at walking distance.breakfast r good but lunch & dinner may improve so i can give 4.5out of 5 in this price

Rooms were clean,food was good service was also fine and room size is also bigger than other hotels but I had booked for 3 adults and 2 children I was charged 5716 for one room including one extra bed but hotel owner did not agree to it and he charged be 850 extra coz in his booking it was shown as 3adults.moreover my check in is 12pm but check out is 9. My flight was at 1.55 so I requested them to allow me check out at 11 but they didn't agree and charged me 1500 extra.My grievance is not with the hotel but with Agoda because I had given mail to them in this regard but they never responded and even I rang customer care which ended up in vain with no one picking up the phone.Its very risky to book through Agoda.

Its OK ”
The location is prominent as it was close to local market and water sports complex. Also the Cellular Jail is walk-able. Beware of the staff though as we found it hard to get useful local information. Additionally they charged 200% for shuttle (poor condition) to hotel from airport while it would cost only half the amount when booked at airport. Food was OK inside and we preferred the endless option nearby. I would recommend to rent a two wheeler to roam around. BTW the Free Wifi is laughing stock here as you need to sit next to the receptionist to get the same. NOT TO THE ROOMS. [Note: Overall Andaman has different definition of WiFi and Cant blame this place alone.]

Its a good hotel. Its located at a good height with excellent view of the Bay, but the approach road is so steep, even youngsters would find it difficult to walk up. For very fit youngsters it a good.

Check-in is at noon. We arrived at 2PM, had to wait 30 min, and other (local) guests that arrived later were given rooms first. Our "city view" was a herd of goats fighting with crows for garbage on the dumpster across the street. Free wi-fi, but can only use it in the ground floor at the reception. Mosquitoes, lizards and a loud AC unit kept us entertained all night. Shower with no curtain and nonadjustable shower-head equalled a flooded bathroom. Poor breakfast (corn flakes, toasts, and "liquidy" local cuisine) and rude waiting staff. Check-out is at 9AM and we received a call at 8.30AM to vacate the room! No credit cards accepted (even though the room was booked with one) or foreign currencies, and no help whatsoever to find a cash machine ("it's your problem" attitude). To be fair, the room was clean and the roof-top restaurant has a good view of the town.

Satisfactory rooms with decent breakfast. Although the checkout time of 9am is quite early and we had to wait 2 hours in the terrace as we had a ferry in the afternoon the staff didn't cooperate with us.
