Good parking space, excellent location, staff is really good, Mr. Ladu singh in the restaurant is a real helpful person. I am a rajasthani and I can tell you if you want to experience real Rajasthani hospitality, go ahead and book this one, Rooms are very big with solid furniture. real rajasthani taste in food and service is good. No Gym and pool but the hotel is very big with lot of greenery to make you firget about the outside world!

Christmas Eve Banquet stay”
Firstly we noticed there was a poor selection of wine and very few available from the list even though a crowd was expected for their Christmas Eve banquet. The banquet was great although poor lighting and the food got cold quickly. Heated plates would help or setting up earlier so the food could heat through. Good selection of food on the menu For the other nights and it was delicious. Breakfasts were good. Outdoor garden is lovely and tranquil but in the cold weather there was no real alternative inside that had any atmosphere or heating. No lift. Charming rooms and spacious. Small fan heaters supplied as heat pumps not working. Plenty of hot water. No interior lounge area for socialising. The Christmas decorations and entertainment was really well done. Lovely lights, table settings and entertainment including fireworks and an elephant. Very helpful Manager who made some calls for us. Laundry is sent out and payment is direct to provider in cash. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Staff is not so helpful. I requested for room on ground floor as i was travelling with baby but they didnt understand and gave me room on 2nd floor. They said they will change the room next day but never came back to me. Food is decent, not much options

Very cold, no heating in December and outdated ”
We came to diggi palace at the end of our India trip, for 2 nights at the very end of December. There was no heating so we had to request two space heaters, which did very little to warm up our room. Everything felt a little old and in need of a refresh. There was a stain on the couch in our room and water and towels were not refreshed when we asked. Breakfast was slimmer pickings than other hotels we stayed at with buffet breakfasts. All in all not terrible but maybe not the best bang for your buck. Would not recommend staying here in the colder months, you will need to bundle up.

What a beautiful, tranquil haven in the middle of Jaipur! We all loved staying at the Diggi Palace. Arriving late in the evening we checked in and went straight to our room which was lovely and very spacious. Super comfy bed too. So it was a delightful surprise to see how beautiful Diggi Palace was in the morning. A garden full of beautiful birds and chattering chipmunks; a heritage building with quirky details; helpful and kind staff; delicious Indian food and a pool to cool off in. Take the time to sit in the garden early morning and enjoy the cool weather and wildlife before the day heats up and you dash off to enjoy Jaipur. My only ever so small suggestion would be to add some parasols and seats by the pool.

First Time To India”
The choices for hotels are vast in Jaipur. Since this was our first trip, with a bit trepidation, I initially was looking at the familiar 5-star international hotels. However, I knew to truly learn about a country, one has to experience it and to experience it means to spend most of your time outside the confines of your hotel room. With that logic firmly in place, I cross referenced travel guides like Travel Advisor, Lonely Planet, Fodor’s and Conde Naste Traveller. The verdict? I chose the Palace Diggi Hotel and secured my reservations through Agoda. Why? Aside from Oprah staying here, the reviews were consistently good, and the pictures showed a safe and green environment for my children. I selected the Courtyard Suite and was not disappointed. Room 406 is the best because it faces the morning sun and has a huge courtyard. Wilson is the first person you will meet when checking in. He is very helpful and made our first visit to India memorable. Thank You Wilson!

Peaceful refuge amidst the noisy streets of Jaipur”
After three weeks of travel in northern India, Hotel Diggi was a welcome haven! Recommended by a friend, she did not steer us wrong. The rooms were charming and clean, with beautiful decor, interesting architecture, a lovely veranda and garden dining. We awoke each morning to morning call from nearby mosques followed by the cooing of roosting pigeons and enjoyed a variety of birds in the garden, including parrots. The food was good and reasonably priced. The staff was helpful even if the gentleman at the front desk could be a bit brusque. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting! We would definitely return to this hotel. We really dig Diggi Palace!

An oasis of calm”
From the moment we arrived to our reluctant departure we loved the Diggi Palace. Located within a short tuk tuk ride of the old city, this heritage hotel, with its paradise garden filled with wild birds is the perfect antidote to the frenzied hustle and bustle of Jaipur. Our rooms were luxurious and generous and we enjoyed exploring the nooks and crannies of the labyrinthine buildings. The staff were attentive and helpful and the food delicious. I hope one day to be able to return.

Gorgeous Garden Palace Hotel”
We had a wonderful stay at Diggi Palace. The garden and setting was beautiful - old palace charm. Room was huge and great bathroom. Service was excellent. Nothing in the city is more than 10mins away by tuk tuk and there is a band of drivers outside the hotel who will take you anywhere. The drivers can be quite full on but were lovely and took us up to the Amber Fort and Monkey Temple with waiting time for around £15 (4hours).

Wonderful Hotel in a good location. The management of Diggi Palace is first class. Mr John Wilson, director of management was most helpful to make sure of my comfort, as well as making suggestions and arranging transportation. The hotel’s restaurant is also excellent and the food is delicious.

Perfect place to stay in Jaipur”
We absolutely loved our stay at the Diggi Palace. From the beautiful grounds and buildings to the helpful staff, the peacocks and parrots, and the delicious masala chai we felt very at home and very well taken care of. We were lucky to be there on an evening where there was a music and dance program! And don't miss the laal maans in the hotel's restaurant!
