We had a nice a clean room. The staff was also very friendly! Would recommend it, especially the location if you’re seeing a show at Waldbühne oder any other venue at Olympia Park.

Great location, good rates”
The location is what did bring me here for the second time. The hotel itself is okay, just your usual 3.5 stars property, and the rates are competitive. The front desk allowed me to check in early, but That meant a room facing the main road and a certain noise kevel. Probably due to COVID, kettle abd tea) coffee had been removed, and the fridge was unplugged and couldn't be connected which annoyed me. S- and U-Bahn adjacent, so you can get anywhere easily. Lot's of dining and shopping options in tge immediate vicinity

The hotel is good located and the price is good but need more information about that the reception is on 7 floor and how it works to reach it.Need to use two different elevators.The hotel has not parking also.This is not works like 4 stars hotel ,but yes ,the price for this location is not to bad !

Solid choice, good location”
Rooms are a bit old and getting to the Lobby and rooms is a bit odd (elevator up to Lobby, then another elevator down again to access the rooms), but the stay was ok. Seriously nothing remarkable here, but you won't make a mistake staying here if the rates are low, as the location us good in a lively and not sleazy neighborhood of Berlin. U-Bahn and S-Bahn are both a stone's throw away, and a plethora of shopping and dining options can he found in the immediate vicinity

The elevator was broken”
The elevator was out of order for 3 days. The reception was on the 7th floor, so I had to go up the stairs with my luggage. But, there were no discounts or meal coupons.

This hotel is in a. fine location. It is in dire need of a remodel of its rooms. There was no air conditioning and the weather was in the high 80’s. Leaving the windows open is the only option and there is incredible traffic and street noise all night into the early morning hours. Not at all restful.

Safe hotel close to transportation”
This was a great place to stat as it was easy to find. There is a subway right next to the hotel ( U) , the S is also close and the bus from Tegel airport is a couple of minutes away. There are also lots of shops around in case you need something and many food stop if you get hungry. I did like the fact that the reception was on 7th floor and that there is a special lift only for the guest. We felt pretty safe as not everyone can go in and out of the hotel. The staff kept changing but were all very nice and friendly and spoke all English. For the room, it had a nice bathroom, water pressure was strong and warm. The beds were comfy and clean and there was even a little candy pack to welcome us. It was a bit warm in the room , so we just opened the window to freshen the room. The tv only had German channels. Even though the hotel is situated in a very busy spot, it was never too noisy and we slept well and felt safe. Would definitely come back here!

Exceptional”
The hotel is good and within minutes of excellent transport links across the city. The immediate vicinity is also good with a reasonable choice of restaurants etc. The reception, unusually, is on the 7th floor where the breakfast room/restaurant and roof terrace are located. That didn't present any problems for me. I'd use the hotel again.

Perfekt zum Arbeiten und Entspannen”
Das Zimmer hatte alles was ich brauchte, Internetzugang, sogar Kochplatte, Kühlschrank, Bürotisch, gemütliches Bett mit jeweils 2 Kissen, sehr sauber, leckeres Frühstück, nette Terasse, nettes Personal. Ich habe mich sehr wohl dort gefühlt, vielen Dank!
