Stay was comfortable and the staff cooperative and allowed us late check out (as they were not very busy that night). Large rooms and spacious bathrooms. Being vegetarians we were disappointed that the menu had lots of meat dishes, especially as we could not find any decent and clean vegetarian restaurant in town

We stayed for one day . Room service was not good . There was not additional cot provided for the extra bed but they tried to charge us which i rejected to pay . Room service was too slow . They didn’t provide towels at lest . Had to wait for 40 mins still no one bothered to attend . Overall I am not happy with this hotel stay

Reviewed 6 days ago Visited Hotel during corona pandemic,,,Reception people didn't wear any mask,,,not encouraging Guests to follow any precautions for COVID 19,,,staff's behaviour is rude,, especially Mr Ponraj,,,they ll make us hate our stay in Tuticorin,,, better to choose other hotels with good service if u r expecting comfort and peace

Very basic hotel with average facilities and reasonably large rooms. Didn't have a baby cot we had requested in advance, but never bothered to inform us until we had checked in. Had to request an additional bed at extra cost in the end. However, given it is Tuticorin, quality and service is of an acceptable standard. Kanni Restaurant had reasonable selection of good food and attentive staff.

WIFI is available but password has to be renewed every 3 hours which is frustrating. Bed sheet not really clean. But this is the best hotel in Tuticorin due to the town itself is small and mini market down stair accept credit card is very convenient for foreigner. Water heater/shower and air cond are functioning.

Not the best, but, it's the best option we have”
I have been staying this India small village on biz trip on Aug/2015 I don't say this hotel was the best hotel in the area, but, it's the one of the best option that foreign traveler can stay at clean hotel. The bed was comfortable, made out of Latax material, and, pillow as well. Linen was also clean, It's good point, if, you care the quality of sleeping. Unfortunately, air-condition seems not much working, but, instead of air-conditioning, there was a fan on the ceiling, working pretty strong, if you turn it on strong(controllable). Bathroom needs renovation, but, still have shower taps, and, water was hot enough. No refrigerator in the room, so can not have cold drinking, so I had to go down to store at the shipping mall every-time. Overall rate Facility: 3.5/5 Room Cleanness: 3.5/5 Bed & Pillow: 4/5 Bathroom: 3.5/5 Restaurant: 3/5 Security: 4/5 Bar: 4.5/5

Great place for family stay”
Good location near shopping in the middle of town. Convenient parking, great staff, prompt response to all queries, great restaurant (for a la carte anyway), comfortable, clean beds, clean bathrooms, good showers. Breakfast choice could be better, power sockets in rooms need updating big time (need more of them, able to take international plugs and need USB charging points). Highly recommended.

Pros: good location, clean beds and towels, good room size. Staff was fantastic. Tried South Indian food which was good. Cons: Parking is to be shared with shopping complex customers. Shower curtains and bathroom fittings may be upgraded.

Cheated! ”
We stayed at DSF for three nights and I have to say it was a horrible stay for us. 1. Hot water was less than lukewarm at any point. We requested for it to be checked but the staff said just let the water run for a few mins and it will get better. IT DIDNT! 2. We finished work very late and got back to the hotel under the impression of room service being available from 12midnight until 6am under the midnight service section that we had earlier noticed on the menu. Irrespective of calling atleast 7 to 8 times, no one was available. When we called the reception, they responded after several attempts only to tell us that they don’t have room service and only sent a water bottle after us getting upset over no room service. 3. This was the worst! We had initially booked for one night but due to work, had to extend for two more nights. While we checked for the tariff to extend, they promised to give us a discount, as we were only going to stay for half a day on the last day, and upon check out, they didn’t provide the discount. When we asked them about the promised discount, they said they’ve already raised the invoice and hence cannot give us the discount. It is not alright to promise a certain tariff and charge us more. We were in a hurry to checkout as we were late for our journey and paid the requested amount. PLEASE BE WARY

stay at DSF tuticorin”
Stay was okay but wouldv been great if little things are not ignored 1. Room wasn't fresh when we checked in... i had to ask for the room freshener. 2. I wasn't given the wifi details too, until i asked for it and their wifi issue wasn't sorted at all until i stayed there. 3. TV remote din't work properly. 4. Shower screen wasn't clean. 5. Bathroom room had no stopper. I was told that certain rooms have restriction with AC timing, but fortunately because of agoda i din face AC related issues. But overall, i dint experience a complete 3 star luxury.. like 3 star hotels abroad. I should say.. it was okay.
