Cosy stay with impeccable service”
It was our first staycation in Hotel G. My impression of the hotel is really good from the minute I stepped in. All the hotel staff whom we have crossed path with were very welcoming and polite, which really made us feel like valued guests. The room which we had booked came with a late check-out which we were aware of. Surprisingly, our package also came with complimentary lunch (burgers in bed from 25 Degrees, one of the restaurants downstairs) which delighted us. For such an affordable price point, this was pretty unexpected. The room may be small but it was definitely very cosy and clean. The decos were also very pretty and there are quite some instagrammable spots throughout the hotel. There is also another restaurant downstairs, Ginett which appeared to be very popular. Apart from all the above stated, I would like to express my gratitude to the the male staff on hotline duty on the night of 14 Nov 2020 (I had forgotten to ask for his name). Unfortunately, my beloved pet’s health took a turn for the worst and my partner and I urgently rushed back home that same night we checked in, taking the hotel cards with us. I didn’t know how long it would take for us to spend our final moments with my pet and if we could make it back in time for check out the next day. I called the hotel to apologise and inform them about the situation. It was a really stressful event for me and I felt bad for breaking down over the phone (I probably caught the staff off guard with the sudden crying). However, the kind staff on duty that night maintained his professionalism. He was really empathetic and repeatedly assured me not to worry about returning the keys on time and told me to just focus on what I had to do at that moment. I was really very touched and I also felt relieved by his repeated assurance. Because of that, I could fully focus on sending my beloved pet off for her final journey. Great stay, amazing service”
The service at Hotel G were amazing. Before our stay they reached out to ask what time we would be arriving and when we got to our room, it was a pleasant surprise that they had already had the a/c and lights turned on and soft music playing in the background. The room was very comfortable and in a convenient location. The only downside was that check-in took awhile and there was a queue, but I assume it's just cause of the overwhelming response to staycations finally being available during the covid period. We were at the front of the queue, yet we only managed to check-in after about 45minutes. However, despite this, the service and dedication of the staff and the hotel shone through as they offered champagne as an apology for those still having to queue after so long. When we checked out, the also made an incredible sincere apology and offered a bottle of wine as a gift. My partner and I enjoyed our stay immensely and we can't say enough good things about the hotel! Thank you!

The best location nearby Bugis ”
I stayed 12 days in this hotel, even the room is very small and tight if you want to book for Business then Should choose King Bed or either Queen size bed room. The staff is very friendly and helpful, for cleaning and make up the rooms has to inform the reception if you need it, so dont think the room will be make up everyday. Location for check in was in 2nd floor while for breakfast at 1st floor, at night the restaurant/bar will provide a wine and good food, must try the burger which they have a different promotion. I do love to stay in Hotel G because the room was clean and tidy, if you choose to stay in here then you will pay the price for location instead the facilities. If you need to do the laundry then you can find laundry coin 24 hour walking distance 5 minutes (Laundromat) just search in Google then you can find it. Overall i would come back again if want to find a budget hotel with a nice and prime location.

Great Hotel and Location”
Stayed here for a quick layover from my trip to Istanbul, before finally going home to Manila. I found this highly rated hotel in agoda and decided to give it a go. The rates were pretty good considering the location and the hotel's facilities. Check-in was a breeze, the rooms were clean and had a modern industrial vibe. Everything in the room design was carefully planned out. The staff were pretty awesome too, a quick call to the concierge and all my requests/questions are immediately satisfied. There's a bar and restaurant in the ground floor which is pretty cool, but for local eats there's a halal restaurant that is open 24/7 right next to the hotel. As mentioned this hotel is centrally located (near bugis + and bugis junction mall, a few minutes walk away to chinatown too) and is a few minutes walk from the Bencoolen MRT station. This hotel will be top of mind when I come back to Singapore.

Good and clean hotel for staycation”
Hotel room is clean and comfoty! the dreamcatcher light is quite cool. Staff is friendly and the hotel location is convenient - near to bencolean station and to several bus stops and shopping malls and eateries. There was a queue at the reception when we arrived though, took about 20 mins to check in, maybe can improve on the process. but the staff is very friendly and systematic to ask us to fill in forms at the entrance first, and then pass drinks to us. The free burger + sides on the last day - maybe it's due to the covid situation that we were told that it would come at about 11 to 1pm, means we have to stay in at the room to receive it. The staff at the reception also could not tell the exact time that we can receive it. Maybe can allow us to go down to the kitchen to retrieve it instead? or have our meal there.

Pros: Location of hotel was excellent, it's walking distance to 3 different MRT stops, within a few bus stops from Orchard. There were many food options nearby - especially 25 degrees (which is a restaurant below the hotel). It serves fantastic burgers that are affordable. Hotel room was cosy and clean. Particularly love the black out curtains. TV channels were good too. You can even connect your phone to the TV and watch your own youtube channels. Wifi was fast too, no hiccups. Cons: Check in was a little slow and there wasn't any free parking for hotel guests. In summary, will definitely be back to this hotel that is convenient and cosy.

Exceptional”
I've always loved Hotel G - mainly the location, overall vibes and staff are why I keep returning.. Having booked the room for a special occasion, I reached out to the Hotel G Team with a request of checking out late. Not only was my request granted (with an additional fee of course), a staff named Dayana gladly upgraded my room as well. I was beyond elated! Whilst the room came with its own set of problems (the phone line couldn't work - backstory: we wanted to ask if we could have our pint of ice cream kept in their freezer, which was allowed btw!), the setbacks were quickly attended to by a technician pakcik - including ensuring that our ice cream did not result in an unfortunate state. Thank you to Mell who was also crazy helpful! Absolutely love Hotel G, and more importantly, the amazing staff! 💕

Good Service and Good Location”
The service there was awesome, the staff was very friendly and the room is clean. The price that was paid totally worth the stay. Location wise is about 5-7 minutes away from Bras Basah Station, 10 minutes from Bugis Station. Nearby also got options of food so it would be good to explore around. :)

Small, But Worth a Try”
We booked the Good Room with King Bed for a night, and were happy with our stay! The room was clean and equipped with basic necessities. It may be a little small for travellers with big luggages as there is little floor space to place items, but overall, I believe it is worth a try! Do give the breakfast a try as well, if you do not already have plans to check out other local food places just a stone's throw away.

Impressive! It is value for money, considering the location, the facilities and services that Hotel G Singapore provided. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends who will visit Singapore as it is very easy to go around from this hotel. It takes about less than 10 minutes to various MRT stations (e.g., Bencoolen, Bras Basah, Rochor, and Dhoby Ghaut). Although the room is a bit small, but it provides the comfort you need for the night.

Polite staff but poor experience with hotel”
Check in time was 3:00pm. Tried to check in at 5+pm but the queue at the reception was outrageous. Left and came back approx an hour later (6:00pm) and the queue was still as long. Queued and reached reception 45min later, only to be told that the room was not yet ready. Given a 50$ discount at the restaurant below, which did not have any available seats. Forced to roam the streets until 8:30pm when the room was finally available. Extremely poor preparation for guests (it was not a last min booking) in my opinion, and no amount of monetary discount for dinner (which couldn't even be used by the way) can make up for time lost on the room booking and the overall frustrating experience just to make it into the accommodation. That being said, all staff were polite and apologetic. They alone receive my compliments.

Room decoration very clean & beautiful. Bed is comfortable. Overall such a nice place to stay. Drinking Water can be refill near the lift area. Front desk Bella very friendly with a good customer service. She makes me feel welcome as a guest. Thank you so much! I had a pleasant stay.

Shout out to staff Nana for being very helpful , friendly and prompt in checking us in. Very nice and clean hotel which is conveniently situated in the heart of town. Easily accessible to most attractions Singapore has to offer. Especially love the huge 'G' sign being illuminated at night in the front of the property. Will definitely be back again. :)

Lovely, central location”
Long queue just for check-in but is manageable. Hotel located near dhoby ghaut, bugis, bencoolen, cityhall. All walkable distance. plenty of food available (right across the street and 2 stalls right below the hotel), there's even a hawker center nearby. Cosy, Quiet and neat room. Room service for extra water & bucket of ice is good by front desk and house keeping team. Breakfast was sufficient to keep our tummy full. Definitely worth the stay. Plenty of customers for both the restaurants in the evening. Didnt had chance to try but will be back just to try the food.

super clean and equipped with all the things you need like toiletries, hairdryer etc. also love that if you’re too lazy to eat out, the restaurant at the hotel has affordable food that you can order from your room (though you’ve to pick it up yourself). small room but we didn’t need a lot of space anyway. would definitely stay again!

My choice of hotel each time Im in Singapore!”
Just nice for a business traveler like myself and this hotel have all the facilities you need! From decent breakfast spread, to gym and even a wine bar downstairs. The only thing is the lobby is not located the at main hotel, so you have to inform your grab driver to drive up to the car park. Other than that, it's a great hotel! The amenities like hair dryer, shampoo/body wash/lotion is just exceeded my expectation. Though the room is quite small and after opening your luggage, you dont have much space to remote around but is a decent hotel!

Surprisingly spacious!”
So many reviews complained about the size of Hotel G’s rooms but we had a comfy queen bed, room to either open suitcases on the floor or store under the desk. The shower is small but glass walks for an open feeling- and great toiletries! The front desk was very helpful in getting our day organized. The 2 restaurants downstairs were not exceptional but certainly convenient. We enjoyed the funky/modern decor through the hotel’s spaces. Our only regret was no pool to get relief from the Singapore heat, but we were aware of that before booking.

The hotel room was really cosy and clean. They have everything ready for u even a small complimentary gift! I really like how the hotel’s location was close by to various places such as bugis plus and other small cafes and shops. My significant other and I really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone!
