I BOOKED A ROOM NON REFUNDABLE. WHEN I ARRIVED TO THE HOTEL ON THE RECEPCION THEY WANTED 34 EUROS FOR ROOM. I PAYED THIS MOENY. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME, I SAW, THAT THE HOTEL TOOK AWAY THE 34 EUROS FROM MY ACCOUNT. SO I PAYED TWOO TIMES FOR ROOM. I WRITE THE HOTEL, SEND ME BACK THE MOENY, THEY DON'T CARE. I DON'T BELIVE MORE IN GERMAN HONOR, I HOPE, THAT THEY SPENT THIS MOENY TO MEDICINE.

Hotel was ok but too far from city”

the room was hot and smelled of smoke. the staff was not friendly and did not speak english. you have to use the communal bathroom.

Worst service ever”

Don't arrive before 2pm or you will piss them off. We wanted to bring our luggage to the hotel at 10am. First we encounter a grumpy cleaning lady whose only words were in German "check-in is at 2pm". We were signed in by another person whose customer service was incredibly horrible. He clearly had a bad day and managed to make us feel very unwelcome. Wouldn't stay in this place again.

I wanted to visit the hotel for the second time ,because it is very close to the center. First time they tried to charge me even the wi-fi!! each day eventhough they say it is free as it is at the most hotels all over the globe! At my second time i tried to do my booking i found out how rude they are!My fiancee just wanted to ask them if they got payed via Agoda and they talked to her so rude that i cancelled my reservasion!Worst ever! PS Agoda customer service is EXCELLENT

Location directly across from trainstation.Rooms are small with a sink.Bathroom located at the hallway..Very noise since the main street is in front of the Pension.

Not a Hotel— a Hostel at BEST”

This “hotel” was definitely the worst I have seen. It was dirty, the room did not include a bathroom or shower and EVERYTHING reeked of cigarette smoke. We ended up leaving to stay somewhere else because of the noise and smell. I understand it’s a cheap hotel, but even by those standards it was poor.

L'hôtel est très bien bien situé juste en face de la gare à proximité des commerces mais dans un endroit assez calme et en ce qui conerne la propreté , l'hôte ne peut plus être plus propre mais pas beaucoup d'espace c'est le seul point négatif rencontré , les toilettes , les salles de bains sont à l'extérieur des chambres

Ich find die Kammer genannt Zimmer genannt hotel ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen ”

Leider war die unterkunft eine Zumutung ich habe um Frankfurt herum und in Frankfurt eine Woche lang in verschiedenen Unterkünften übernachtet . Und diese war mit Abstand die schlechteste und kam ungefähr so viel pro Nacht wie die anderen also Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gut .Ich hätte auch ein Zimmer gebucht gehabt aber mit eigenem Bad und habe ein Zimmer mit gemeinschaftsbad bekommen . Die toilette war eckelergent komplett daneben gepinkelt. Tür war nur provesorich repariert ,weil sie schon mehrmals aufgebrochen war und zu letzt das nicht Raucher Zimmer hat Übels nach Rauch gestunken . Oberste Etage kein Aufzug.

駅前で、良いと思ったが、空港までの駅にはちょくつうではなく、乗換が必要だった。街の中心からは少し離れていて、フランクフルト目的では不便な場所だ。 トイレが共同なので、落ち着けなかった。

Hotel ini mudah diakses dengan keretapi atau hotel. Kurang 20 km dari Lapangan Terbang Frankfurt dan berdepan dengan Stesen Keretapi Offenbach. Terdapat beberapa restoran Islam yang halal di sekitar hotel ini. Perjalanan kaki yang dekat ke Pusat Bandar Offenbach seperti Newmarkt.
