The staff were so friendly, I asked for a kettle in my room, no trouble at all. A candle was lit at your table for breakfast. A lovely little touch.Beautiful breakfast, plenty of fresh produce to choose from. I can only say thank you for such a lovely stay.

Nice location, very clean, triple room was spacious incl. large sofa, well stocked up mini bar, brand new bathroom, nice small touched such as umbrella in room, digital tablet etc.
Lot of surcharges: baby cot, extra 15 euro, late check out extra 15 euro etc. Breakfast is sufficient, but very minimalistic. Offered communication in English, but in reality staff only spoke german.

Location is great. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.
For a 3 star hotel, I had expected a lot more. WiFi was barely working and the rooms were very hot and humid. Considering it is a 3 star hotel, one would expect to have a fan or some air condition. The beds were not that comfortable as well. The basement toilets were also quite dirty. Would hope that they put some more care and effort into maintaining and possibly upgrading the hotel to better standards.

Simple but good breakfast (pick your style of eggs, decent vegetarian options) and drip coffee with option to buy other coffee drinks. Flexible breakfast times could be booked with reserved tables. Good Corona safey measures. Room was quiet at night and during day with windows closed. Fast internet. Cold minifridge. Curtains keep the room very dark and with windows closed its really quiet even with plenty of other guests in the hotel. Friendly staff.
No frills room with 90s decor (but what do you expect for such a great price). Advertised double bed was actually 2 singles moved together, but that's normal in Germany. The TV was really small and had no smart apps/connectivity. Shower head clogged so only had one spray setting. Shower gel seemed a bit cheap. Sauna is 15€/person. No lighting dimmer.

Definitely corona-safe, with clear guidance about masks and distancing. They spoke English and were very accommodating in every way, including checking in earlier. Very comfortable room.
The breakfast during corona times was served at the table, which is good; however we got a tray full of cheese and sliced meats and we felt bad to waste them. Would be great if they would let us pick what we want. The room was a bit too hot and we had to open the windows, and the street gets quite noisy.
