Great Location. Friendly Helpful Staff. Great Room With Everything I Needed, Cleaned Regularly. Wide Variety And Good Amount For Breakfast. The Food I Tried From The Resturant Was Nice And Tasty. A Bar Downstairs For A Cold Beer On A Hot Day Or Delivered To Your Room. If You Want A Good Place To Stay In Pondicherry I Highly Recommend This Hotel.

Great Location and Great Attention”
I booked 2 Family rooms.Reached hotel before booking time,they gave temporarily 2 rooms to stay for free for few hours and later checked in to the family rooms, gave extra beds without any additional charges , as we are 8 members with kids. The rooms are not great like Star hotels, but relatively good, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, nice working AC's , water heaters. Value for money Great location. Enjoy the Sea view from terrace garden. Complimentary food was good, you can tell them what needs to be prepared for breakfast before you go to bed.

The hotel is clean and well located, however the service is not very goog. They say breakfast is included but I could not have breakfast in none of the three days I stayed in the hotel. Room service is really bad. I did not enjoy at all the general atmosphere and I did not like either the roof and ground floor restaurant, concerning quality food, service and atmosphere. Ndeed and taking into account the price I would not recommend it.

Disapointed with the Hotel”
I was hugely disappointed with the rooms & service of the hotel. Firstly the rooms are not properly maintained. One could see paint coming out of the walls. Rooms are pretty small, even for a couple to share the same. Washrooms are not clean & the disadvantage is that the washroom vent is shared with 2 adjoining rooms. Wifi was also not working properly. Very limited option at Breakfast also. Overall will not recommend this place as there is plenty of option to stay and explore the place in the same tariff. Also be noted that they are very rigid for check-in & check-out time. Even when we reached at 8 in the morning, we were allotted room at the scheduled time only even when there were many vacant rooms available.

Worst Experience Ever”
I went to Pondicherry with my family and seeing the rating (6.2) I've booked this hotel for two deluxe room for one day. The location of the hotel is also not that good and it was a shady looking building. The rooms were alright, although even after booking 2 deluxe room only 1 of the room was looking like a deluxe room the other one was a standard room. Overall I had an awful experience and I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Bustling location, small room”
Got hot water if you switched little boiler on. Breakfast on the first day was terrible, cold dry toast and stewed black tea. We asked for Indian breakfast which they asked for payment for. Day 2 we got the breakfast we insisted on , day 3 we were asked for money again..... We had the same problem getting clean towels and toilet rolls, no one seemed to understand that these are basic requirements... Reception and management were hopeless. Hard beds too!

compared to pricing the experience was bad. NO car PARKING. Broken door lock, old AC with minimal cooling, TV without channels, BAR on the top of same building are few to mention
