The room is clean . Here got many eateries and massage parlour. Opposite is Aeon mall , walking distance to Lotus supermarket. Staff also very friendly. Price worth the stay better than most hotels that I have stay.

I love how its located so near to aeon. Enjoyed walking to the mall to find food and shopping and such. Its close to mcd too so that's a good thing. However, Don't expect too much of the breakfast because this is the first time i eat the least food for bfast. But nothing bad. its just everything is very..plain. Like the way the make eggs was cracking eggs and bake it in 1 pan. Theyre not even mixed well so lol. The Room is nice got a nice pantry have coffee and tea, but got nightmare the night i sleep there. thats the first time i hear a devil's voice in my dream lol. Kind of spooky tbh. but a good stay if you have a partner

Me and my husband travelling from KL to johor. We were exhausted and last minute looking for hotel due to unexpected incidents . I feel so lucky and glad that we found granada hotel. The room was clean, the bed and pillow was so comfortable! I have neck pain problem, and always travel with my own pillow, but The hotel’s pillow was so comfortable I can sleep so well without using my own pillow. Really glad that we found this hotel! Will visit again!

Hotel was located very close to Aeon Bukit Indah so getting food or going for shopping is very convenient. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. We had gotten the smoking room but was alright as we were able to open the windows for fresh air!

The room is just nice. Although it looked run down outside but the inside is looking good. The staff were nice and friendly. There is a nice bar where it's open until late to relax. Wish there is a nice swimming pool but it's ok. The mall opposite can occupy your time to relax. The place is also near spas and eating places. Thank you!

Manage to book this hotel with a cheap rate and did not put much expectation with the actual facilities (only see the reviews and photos in Google which are decent). I booked the hotel with breakfast and the breakfast buffet is beyond my expectation, the food are very good and a lot of variety as well, so worth it with the amount of money I paid. Highly recommended this hotel with great facilities and food, staff are friendly too.

I stayed level 7, the common area has water leakage & the light is dimmed. Thankfully the room is clean & bright. Love the location , by walking distance get good massage parlour (Ayu Borneo), food & opposite is AEON Bukit Indah.

gap for 8 years and i go back to this hotel again to explore further. the embient and the cleaniness just as good as the time when they open in 8 years ago. good buffet breakfast with various choices, friendly staffs, clean room and good service. highly recommended to stay in this hotel who wants to travel to singapore daily via Tuas second link.

This was a great hotel and I will choose to stay here again in the future. The services were nice and convenient. Location is also a plus. I was afraid since I've read that this was an older hotel that it may not be that great but everything was clean. This is much nicer than the Geobay hotel whose staff could really care less about you. The staff here were friendly and helpful.

One of the 2 bigger hotels in Bukit Indah area. Located directly across Aeon mall to meet your shopping needs. Hotel is also walking distance to various food outlets, entertainment centres, massage parlours and pharmacies. Hotel is reasonably clean and staff are polite.
