Excellent stay”
The stay at Hotel Grapevine in Varanasi was fantastic. The hotel is very good, good rooms, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The food was very good too. Chef Ramakant prepared some excellent dishes- both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Even though the hotel was full as it was during the Dev Dipawali festival, yet the staff, chef and the restaurant staff made sure that we were never in want of anything. We were a group of 15 and we all have the same opinion and would recommend this hotel. Thanks to the entire staff and Chef Ramakant.

Beautiful decor”
Everything was fabulous about this hotel, decor, cleanliness, wonderful beds, dining, except for the location. It's located outside of Varanasi, on the other side of the Ganges River to the ghats. If you're not with a tour, getting across the bridge to Varanasi in the slow, chaotic traffic, is a challenge. It's quite a distance from the airport, and a fairly expensive taxi ride, 1,000 INR. However, if you're on an organized tour, it would be a great place to stay.

Excellent Hotel, though it is little outside of Varanasi but the Hotel is clean, the ambience is calm and quiet, food is very good and specially the staffs are very attentive and well behaved. Reception is exceptionally good and courteous.

Great value and very nice hotel”
The staff at the hotel is amazing, extremely happy, the location, not too good (with traffic it can be at least 45 min to the main areas), and be a big challenge to catch a ride (plan ahead and with extra time). Nonetheless, the staff is wonderful and very flexible to help you catch a taxi or tok tok on the street very fast. Overall great value, great beds, nice lobby, modern to satisfy an international base clientele, and clean. With a price below $50/n I would give it a 9/10. I was very happy.

Decent hotel. Very kind and helpful stuff!! Everything great including room and restaurant facilities. It’s a good option for Varanasi. Only con the location (a little bit far from the Ganges), but compared to those near the Ganges, it’s a paradise. You stay there and take a taxi or Tuk-Tuk to go to the Ghats.

4-star restaurant not 4-star hotel”
the hotel is located out of tourist area and you need to get taxi or tuk tuk to get to the Ganga river area. rooms are uiet, spacious and well equipped but not in 4-star cleanness ! reception staff are not very helpful and welcoming which is unfortunate. we had toilet exhaust issue in our room during our 5 days stay which was NOT fixed at the end! we had a hot water shower problem in last day which was not handled well by the staff.... BUT the restaurant and the its staff are amazing. the food are perfect and staff super friendly. I would like to thank Anup, Mritunjay and the girl with beautiful smile! for their great service...

This hotel simply too far away from the touristic attractions. Given the poor quality of the roads and the traffic in Veranasi you can expect to spend a total of 3 hours going and coming back from attractions like the River Ghanges

Not worth it ”
Last time wen we stayed here it was very nice thinking that only this time we booked here and we were really upset with the food as there were no variety at all in the breakfast spread ..! And they din provide us the welcome drink even after asking such a bad customer service in the wash room there was no hot water coming and in the bathtub the water was just there such a worst experience we had after informing so much that we are travelling with an infant they din provide us a proper room we payed so much .. last but not the least we all 3 fell sick due to this will never ever recommend anyone .!!

This is far away from the Banaras point and you hardly get anything to reach to the ghats and to explore banaras. Uber is there but they also charge too high and autos are also not available at this location. The hotel did not have good food options for vegetarians as well and the taste is also average. I will not recommend this property if you are visiting to explore banaras.

Gym is just a namesake. Machines are not calibrated. Just couple of equipment. Jet spray leaks. It's a clean hotel though. Will give 3.5/5.

Um hotel tranquilo alejado de Varanasi”
La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Está lejos de Varanasi pero muy cerca del Fuerte de Ramnagar y su mercado. Lo que no me gustó es que pedí traslado al aeropuerto y me pidieron 2000 rupias, llame a la compañía de taxis y me dijeron 1000 rupias lo comenté en el hotel y me respondieron que si que solo me cobrarían 1000 rupias. Que tuviera que regatear en el hotel es algo que no te esperas.

En general la experiencia fue buena. Es un hotel muy bueno pero está lejos del Ganges y es complicado llegar al río. Hay que pedir taxi (que tarda en llegar) y te compran 1000 rupias cada trayecto. El tráfico horrible de la ciudad complica demasiado moverse desde el hotel. Esto hizo difícil nuestra estancia en Varanasi.
