          Rethink before you book this property ”

          We booked Cottage for two families. However, given two rooms. Facilities were just absent. No towel, toiletry, bed sheets uncleaned, front desk and house service never pick telephone. Even hot water for drinking for my kid was not available till the second day. Complimentary breakfast is just a joke. They have only two options each day and cook is professional :(. Believe this entire property is maintained by just one person! Not a good hotel if you are traveling with infant/child/aged guests. Maybe okay for bachelor, can't comment. If still, you wish to book carry everything you need assuming that you will be given only a room with a bed and toilet facility with hot and cold water. Agoda should verify proporties before posting in its websites.

          Location wise excellent. Rooms are spacious. But they do not provide any shampoo and soap. You have to make your own arrangements. BF is constant, Idli and dosa. Take towels from reception while checking in. For group travellers, it is good.

          Hotel Heaven holiday consists of group of rooms. You may get one of the room out of it. And the displayed image of the building is not the exact one. But The location is good.

          i have planed this hotel for my Christmas Vacation. but when i reached here i feel that they will sure spoil my vacation. In winter season Hotel could not provide Hot water. At 8.30 am breakfast was finished. i call Agoda customer care & they also says we cant do any thing. JUST AVODE THIS PROPERTY. or Spoil Your Vacation

          Other minuses.if looking for cottage type accommodation then ok. Place is desolated. Far from commercial road. No lake view even its closer to it. Don't expect typical hotel like ammenities.

          The location was not as expected. The rooms did not have enough facilities like, mirror, towels and there was even water problem in one of our rooms. The service and food was bad too! Hot water is available only till 10:00am in the morning. To conclude, I'd say it was a bad stay!

          The picture they have shown is not even close to what u will get. Wouldn't recommend home stay to anyone. We went there at 2:00 pm and they gave us the keys to the room at 3:00 pm.

          Good location and view

          The hotel is still not completely ready. rooms had water seapage. Staff were helpful but yet nothing could get done. the restaurant was not open on the 1st day and thereafter there was always a shortage of food.
