Very Bad, never plan a stay with family.”
Very poorly managed.Had no option but had to stay as advance payment done. Staff is rude, no facility for guest. Only can stay if you are bachelor and don't care about anything. Rooms were smelling, towels were poorly washed, toilet seats were pathetic and top of it you can not complain as you have already paid.

Never venture here with your own vehicle”
The hotel is situated on the side of a slope (zoo road), which is very narrow and hence only one vehicle (either going up or coming down) can be on that road at any given time, which is highly irritating. The hotel doesn't have the kind of parking space that one would expect. If you're lucky you'll get to park your car in that little space which can barely accommodate 3 cars. There are many other hotels on that stretch which offer better parking facility at least. The service is below average. Our dinner order took more than an hour before it got to our rooms. You will get your cup of tea/coffee only post 7.30 a.m., so if you are an early riser forget about getting your beverage within minutes of waking up.

We booked two rooms, as I was travelling with my parents. We have booked 'double room' but as two adjecent 'double room' were not available we were given two 'double + one' room. View of naini lake was good. Pick and drop from mall road was available, as hotel was on a up-hill road. this would have been difficult to reach there on foot. The dining options were less. room hygiene were ok, but not upto the mark. a few water logging and related issues were there. Also, the staff were very particular of check out time of 10 AM (though generally it is 12 Noon).

Very nice hotel located at the top of the hill, 5 minutes walking distance to the nearby market, there is a very nice lake within 2 mins distance from the hotel, Nice internet speed and very friendly staffs. The food around the area is very good.
