Ants used to climb on our belongings. Broken pipeline in wash basin , no hot water, uncleaned environment, and menu of alcohols below the telephone. Completely waste of money and our mood Wil get affected with the environment.. Only 2rooms booked out of 20. This is enough to tell... Don't get bakra by seeing international word beside the hotel.. It's completely out of standards for a normal hotel.

Horrible and regrettable”
I stayed for 4 days here because of its central location and cheap rates but was very disappointed. Lacks cleanliness, virtually non-existent room service (we found only one poor guy serving to all the rooms in the hotel - only occasion we got any service was when we asked for mineral water which was provided after waiting for 2 hrs!), non-responsive receptionists, asked for room to be cleaned but was not done even till we finally left the place; Over all this, the worst thing is that it's a freaking paradise for smokers.. You smell cigarette smoke all over the building and the entire place was full of cigarette butts INCLUDING our room and its balcony. The air was already difficult to breath for us and over that they had made it even heavier by using cheap perfume.. The only available service boy was seeing running around the perfume bottle throughout the day. Last but not the least, we unfortunately went when it was a bit hot in Kushal Nagar, these guys REFUSED to turn on the power backup when there was no electricity for more than 2 hrs. and said since we're the only ones occupying a room in the hotel, they can't turn the power on just for us! Think that for a response from a hotel! Atrocious service.. Please avoid if you're with family that is not used to passive smoking or doesn't like it. You've been warned!
