We have stayed in many hotels in Berlin and this has been our favourite by some margin. Great location right on Ku'Damm, cool modern styling, fabulous staff and fantastic value: what's not to like!!!! Just hope it's available next time we're in town!. Great work guys!!!

Our second stay at Ku'Damm 101 Room 619 is very light and spacious, with access to a shared balcony Nice shower room but intermittent hot and cold water was a pain We hired bikes from reception to get around town - recommended as you can sometimes feel a bit far from the action so far west Shame about expensive Wi-Fi charges

Clean and nicely designed hotel in Ku Damm”
we had a wonderful time in berlin in 5 days. we would definately go back to ku damm 101. this hotel is close to everywhere. it is close to shppping areas, kadewe, chalottenburg palace and other major tourist attractions. the hotel room size is decent and clean. it is efficiently designed with floor heatings in the bathroom. the hotel is very good for what you pay for. it is a place to stay in berlin.

Gutes Hotel, super Lage! Rezeption muss ihre Einstellung überdenken”
Haben eine schöne Woche in Berlin verbracht. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, unweit vom Adenauerplatz ( zu Fuß oder mit Bus) . Flughafen ist auch gut zu erreichen. ( am Adenauerplatz schräg gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite in Busse M19, M29 in Richtung Grunewald umsteigen, dann ist es nur noch ein Katzensprung) Gegenüber dem Hotel Bäckerei mit Café , Supermarkt, Apotheke, Blumenläden etc. Etliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und auch eines zum Hof raus bekommen. Le Corbusier- Einrichtung nicht jedermanns Sache, mein Mann fand die klaren Linien und die Leere aber super. Das Zimmer ist freundlich und Hell und die Zimmer sind recht groß, hat ja auch was. Die Betten sind etwas hart, allerdings kann man sich beim Hausekeeping einen Topper bestellen, das hilft. Gefrühstückt haben wir hier leider nicht, können dazu also auch nichts sagen. Anderen Gästen zu folge soll es aber recht anständig sein. Der Innenhof ist klein aber super und ruhig lädt ein um ein Weinchen zu trinken. Sehr sehr schade fanden wir dass die Damen an der Rezeption manchmal etwas hochnäsig waren und die Leitende Angestellte ein arrogantes Verhalten an den Tag legte, als wir freundlich nach einer Rechnung gebeten haben. Wir haben dieses Verhalten zuvor schon bei anderen Gästen erlebt. Da wir aber natürlich nicht wussten worum es ging haben wir uns zunächst nichts dabei gedacht. Egal welche Bitte der Gast hat, ob berechtigt oder nicht man kann und sollte im Dienstleistungssektor einen freundlichen Ton anschlagen. Besonders wenn der voraus geht. Schließlich lebt man davon dass der Gast da ist. Vielleicht bin ich aber auch schon zu lange Exilberlinerin und die Berliner Motzigkeit einfach nicht mehr gewohnt. Da wir aber nicht nachtragend sind kommen wir wieder und können dieses Hotel trotzdem weiterempfehlen. Ansonsten hatten wir keine Probleme und es herrschte eine freundliche Stimmung. Qualitäts Shampoo, Duschgel, Seife sind vorhanden, kann man also getrost

surprised it was such an accessible hotel. very modern and clean. has very good security, access to rooms both in the hallway as well as the elevator. the staff speaks english which is a plus in berlin.

Good location ”
The hotel is located at a good spot close to subway, bus stops and good dining options. Service is great and so is the hotel. My only hesitations were the lifts that looked extremely old and not maintained. Other than that a great hotel to enjoy Berlin with.

The hotel located 5-7minutes walk to the station, and around 20minutes metro to the city center. Hotel room is simple, stylish, clean and comfortable. There are few different supermarkets in 5-15minutes walk, very nice for getting drinks, snacks and breakfast. Staff are very very helpful, you can also buy the Day ticket from them. Some nice local shop ( specially second hand) around the hotel

this hotel was way more than i expected for the price. the breakfast was very good as well. staff were friendly and helpful and spoke very good english, which was helpful for me. the hotel was very clean and new and the room was comfortable. within walking distance from all the main shopping area.

Excellent Location & lovely rooms”
we took 2 rooms which were on 4th floor. rooms were specious & very modern & clean. the hotel location on the upper end of the k'stendamm is only a few minutes from the u-bahn station at adenaeur platz & the bus stop is outside the door. buses come every couple of minutes. breakfast is available in a lovely little cafe 30 metres from the door at per person & is considerably cheaper than hotel

I stayed 3 nights with my mum. Of all the hotels I've been in Europe, it's one of the best. The room was very clean. High cost efficiency. just like German way. There were a couple of buses you can take to the central and touristy places. So easy to access to some touristy places. Staff was very helpful. The facility was very new and modern. I would stay there again!

Fancy and good”
We stayed for three nights in Hotel Ku'dam. It's a very fancy and modern hotel with friendly staff. We didn't use the breakfast at the top floor, because we thought it is a bit expensive = euro (there are couple of bakeries nearby with fresh rolls and breakfast). Allthough the hotel is not close to the main city attractions, the neighbourhood is nice. The nearest sub is 20 minutes walking distance. You can also rent bikes at the hotel for a quick way of getting started.

Modern but friendly hotel with perfect service”
The hotel has charming modern playful design. All the staff was kind,willing and professional and well informed. Breakfasts were plentiful and with interesting changing choice. The locality is calm but down town easily reachable. Some very good restaurants and the best shopping street nearby in a walking distance.

nicely fitted out modern hotel,value for the euros. hotel carpark is not free as advertised & will be / nite, however , street parking is there , all u need s bit of patience. wifi got a 300mbs / day limit too. thumb up to their staff Mikal , very positive & friendly kido.

nice hotel, overprized”
- out of the way of everything. Yes it is on Ku'damm but far out. There are busses but it need 20 min to go anywhere interesting - dont pay more than EUR 80-100, its really not worth it - room had a HUGE column in the middle and you have to walk around it all the time - SMALL bed (140 cm) which is quite narrow for two people - very basic bathroom with shower curtain and shower gel in bags (you have to use your teeth to open it) - rooms to street side are REALLY loud, expect to wake up with the first truck at the traffic light in front of hotel - would i stay there again... probably not...

Nice hotel, staff were quite helpful. Clean room and pretty quiet!! The only thing and I said at the hotel but did not feel they took me seriously was parking. They charge 16 euro a day for parking, this should be on their website letting people know as it can add up over a few days!!!!

Upon check I was upgraded, that was already a nice welcome (check in at 9.30 a.m.. My period of stay was pre-paid, but despite me asking, if a credit card was needed for incidentals, that was answered with "not needed". I was still able to sign the invoices for breakfast to the room folio, however, a bar bill at midnight was denied, no credit. Handing over my credit card to the reception to allow postings, I was awarded with a charge of the entire stay to my credit card again. For turn down service the maid knocks and comes in without a pause in between, the same for the room maid for cleaning. Make sure you are dressed. The sign outside the hotel, awarded by the German rating agency says 3 star superior, not 4 star as stated above.

All in all good. There are minor things that might be looked after, esp. in the bathroom, but nothing that really matters. You get what you expect from such a design hotel - so all is good. Pick this place mainly due to the location and would decide most likely different, if my activities were in a different part of the city, to be honest. But so far, so good.
