This is True Review 🙂 Staff Behaviour is very friendly and excellent but... I had to change 4 rooms due to poor maintenance of bathrooms Showers , Taps and flush were not working of all the rooms...

It's a boring and non-clean property. They only serve a Welcome drink, if you ASK. They only give Breakfast if you ask. Staff behavior is more towards money, not helping people to enjoy their journey.

Dear sir first of all we are applozise of all kind of complain and issue which is you found in durring your styed but i would like to inform you we have some policies and timing to serve you I remember you had checked in at night 9.30 o clock this time and that time we are not able to provide u welcome drink because we trying to Finish your check in formalities soon due to your long journey but when you ask us about welcome drink we will provide you and tomorrow you come for breakfast on 11.am at time of check out this not a breakfast timings Thanks and regard

It took really long time to get receipt for amount I paid which was over and above my payment to Agodar.com. However hotel administration helped to provide us room which made comfortable to my family but additional payment and delay in getting receipt from hotel authority made very much inconvenience.

Durante il nostro viaggio in India, abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare alcune notti in questo Hotel e, nonostante le recensioni sul web non fossero proprio idilliache, la nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva. La struttura si trova a pochi km dal forte e quindi è molto comoda. Per quanto concerne lo staff, tutti i ragazzi si sono dimostrati essere simpatici, gentili e disponibili, invitandoci anche a prendere parte ad un loro gioco simile al nostro biliardo. La stanza, seppur un po’ freschina, si è rivelata essere spaziosissima e molto bella, oltre che silenziosissima. Piacevoli anche la cena, la colazione ed il rapporto qualità prezzo quindi non possiamo far altro che suggerire questa struttura.

パレスと言う名称にふさわしくない外見と設備です。 ホテルの全４室にはエアコンはありませんでしたので、 おかげでとても暑く寝苦しい夜になりました。 またＷｉｆｉはおろかインターネット設備もありませんでした。 その上、クンバルガル地域では国際電話もつながらないとの事で、 全く連絡が取れませんでした。 周囲に選択出来るホテルが少ないので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、 この設備で２２００Ｒｓは高すぎます。 また唯一の観光場所であるクンバルガル城からも遠く車がないと厳しいです。
