Here for 11 days. Have extended several times. Some hiccups for room cleaning. Requested for room cleaning, went out of hotel and back to see room wasnt clean. Apparently have to call recept to request for cleaning as their Makeup Room button is spoiled. The cart was outside my door but waited an hour or so. In the end, helped myself to changing everything as I was tired and needed to rest. I drive, so location is perfect. However, the parking is a little troublesome. Have to remember to update the complimentary parking ticket each day before heading out. Once, updated ticket at 11pm+ but only drive out shortly after 12am. Ticket became invalid. Was an inconvenience. Another time, staff was reluctant to issue a new parking ticket as I lost mine and couldnt find it in the room or in my car so must have dropped out of my pocket or trashed it accidentally. Other than the hassle of parking, everything else was good. Thanks everyone for making my stay pleasant! Will definitely return again, maybe this time without a car and just Grab everywhere, or take the bus as the bus stop is right outside the hotel.

GREAT HOTEL”
I stayed at this hotel 47 yearago when on way back from UK by air I stayed in the original part this time and can honestly say that i could not fault it cleanliness staff and particularly the size of the rooms the bathroom s were a little dated but who cares !!! it is a beautiful hotel and extremely well maintained nothing caught my eye as otherwise.An absoluter pleasure to me across the river were numerous cafes and walk to the city centre about 25 minutes staff were exceptional would not hesitate to stay there again great memories!!!!!

Reasonable price ”
Easy time to check -in, and check out. The security are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and so with linens. I love the pillows . They have the soft ones and thicker one that I can cuddle during my sleep. I ask for corner room which they did and I am happy that I have good sleep as its quite. The location is near the river valley walk which i enjoy walking . Over all my stay was wonderful. I surely stay again in my next trip.

Amazing value for money! ”
I spent hours and hours looking for a hotel and very happy with our choice, it was perfect for what we were after, very reasonably priced, room Was clean, big comfy bed, Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Bust stop right outside including the tour bus, bicycle hire right outside too. Right on the river so a lovely walk to restaurants and bars, only ten min walk to hawker centre which is great for food. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Singapore!

Its our 2nd stay in a month and they never fail to impress us. Efficient and fast check-in, great smiles and friendly. Room was big enough, clean and the beds were sooo comfortable. Had great night slp for both stays. Great location near mrt and food areas.

The rooms may look old but i love how clean it is! Especially the toilet, the bathtub is clean and very well-maintained. The staffs are friendly and the location is so convenient. It would definitely be perfect for me if they have bidet in the toilet!

Very very well kept, good location, worth the dollar”
This is a very old hotel but the room shows different. Very very very well kept. Very clean, cleanest bath tub I ever seen after travelling to so many countries. The walkway to the swimming pool isnt renovated so it does look old but cleanliness for pool n jacuzzi is well maintained. Breakfast buffet comes with more than enough choices of dishes. Happy stay n reasonable price. Will stay again for sure.

Check in around 7pm. Smooth and fast process. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean, spacious and functional. Functional meaning that the Aircon was working perfectly. No choke sinks or stench or heating problems like some other hotels I have stayed at. Bathtub was clean and working well. The toiletries were great. Citrus smelling shampoo/body wash. Definitely will stay again in future. Highly recommended

Incredible value”
The location is great as it's close to CBD, clarke quay, boat quay, and the marina. The only downside is that the nearest MRT is 10-15 minute walk in chinatown. The rooms were fantastic and clean. The staff was accommodating and respectful. We got the service of a 5-star hotel and paid 1/4 the price.

Well located opposite Robinson quay and good breakfast cafes and the river walk to Clark Quay etc. Traditional hotel, so not trendy but the upside is larger rooms. Good value.

Great location ”
Great location and value for your money. The buffets are expensive but the bar has decent priced food. We were less than a 30 min walk from most of the attractions. But the bus stop was right in front of the hotel. Getting around via bus was extremely cheap. The pool was under renovation but they have vouchers available to go to another hotel. If we decide to come back again we might stay at this location.
