The hotel has nice lake view and has good secure location. The food is available on demand from the in-house kitchen. The washrooms are clean and hygienic which is a must have factor for me in a hotel. I prefer road view more than lake view since i felt it more happening. At first i felt location is more distant but it was 400mtrs from mall road and it was worth travel-ling for this view

One of the most fascinting view”
One of the most fascinting view of naini lake and mallroad from the hotel. the location was very good. First we thought that staying at mall road would be a better option but there is always a parking problem. this hotel provided us with parking, tasty food and most of all the view for which we were excited for.

A good option to stay”
This place is pretty clean, and staff is also good, point I liked most was the rooms provided with great lake view and also a family room which was having an extra bed rather than just an extra mattress like in other hotels.

Not Worth It ”
Delux Room is soo small even you can't Wear your cloths in Room. Gyser is too slow and too small you have to wait 30-40min for hot water and still you have to take bath from cold water due to low Capacity of Hot water in Gyser. Location is very nice but you will have to compromise from these few things

Pathetic beds. Only food was gud. Rooms are pathetic. Would recomend not to book and also if u are not a good driver don't book this hotel it's at a very steep height.

Not Worth”
Delux room is too small even you can't wear your Clothes in the room, their Bathroom Gyser will take atleast 35-40mins to warm and even you can't bath with it due to not sufficient water capacity in the Gyser, for that you will have take cold water to bath properly. Blankets were dirty. But the Staff was good.

Very high on location it's like treking 1.5 kmtrs straight”
Booked lake view rooms but manager was very rude and gave room in basement. Booked for family 2 rooms that should be offered nearby rooms but even though rooms were vacant he offered me one room in basement and second in ground floor. Also comperatively rooms are good but at this price atleast pickup and drop of taxi should be offered from downside to hotel because it's too high.

Horrible location ”
Please dont take this hotel..even if it is free as it is at such a height that your whole trip will be ruined..cant walk as the height is too steep...have to take a cab which charges 500 to 600 plus u r frieghtened seeing the location plus the owner is very rude..will not even talk properly...so suggest for family travellors to stay away...

it was expected from you when you asked us to pick you from bus Station, we denied as we don't have this service and that too complimentary. we don't need you to come again. If you can write a fake review just a 150 rupees cab from bus Station, better stay home
Worst Service & Rooms”
They don’t have heaters and the mattresses are worst. Spring are coming out from mattresses. The room wasn’t properly cleaned
