Great family stay. ”
We had a good time here. Service was top notch, they were always helpful. Mr.Kumaresh in particular helped us so much, with the driver arrangement, restaurant suggestion, local attractions, etc. Facilities such as pool and gym are small but adequate. I would suggest to regularly clean the extra beds, to avoid pests and maintain the freshness of the bed. Food was great, Indian food is always good 😏 for the solo travellers, couples, youngsters, they have a club in the basement, a roof top bar upstairs. There might be some noise trouble but around midnight it stops. We will definitely return!

Everything about this Hotel is good. Please consider the following point before booking this Hotel It is one of the most happening place in the town. On Saturday and Sunday, there are Afternoon and Late night parties with lot of young crowd, as it has beautiful Disco called "Lower Deck". But there is little bit of sound of DJ in the rooms during night. (Not that disturbing) Rooms are not that big. But they are clean, and stuff lying in the room Fridge are too expensive, so do not eat them. Breakfast and staff are good. Will stay again at this place if i happen to visit again in Chennai.

We booked to stay 2 nights at Park Elanza which turned out to be totally a smooth and elegant experience , they allowed us to check in early with complimentary breakfast. All the services , hygine room condition were just perfect and very neat and clean , staff were well behaved and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel over anyother 4 or 5 star hotel in this segment anyday.

Outstanding hotel and facility!! Bed really comfortable and choice of pillows. Buffet breakfast was nothing short of amazing. Even if you don’t go for a swim, use the deck upstairs for memorable photo backdrops! First room was musty smelling but we were quickly given a new room which was fine.

Rooms are well maintained. Food is fresh; especially the breakfast buffet spread was lavish. The fusion restaurant on the rooftop resto-bar served delicious food. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The trademark rooftop infinity pool of Elanza group was the cherry on top! Tips: Book online for better prices. Do visit the rooftop pool for nice pics & their rooftop restaurant for a good dinner.

Very good location, convenient to go out to eat and shopping. You can find an auto right away without having to use Uber. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Mr. Nelson and his teams provide very pleasant and comfortable stay. If we ever go to Chennai again we will definitely come back here. They will always provide a satisfying stay. I stayed at Park Elanza for my visa process. Its very close to the consulate and easily accessible. The receptionists were super friendly. Would have been great if they had 24 hours check in. Except that there wasn't anything that bothered us.

Had great experience staying in Park Elanza. The rooms, the service, food - everything was amazing. The rooftop pool and the poolside bar is the main attraction and also should mention the Lower Deck - the parties they arranged were too lit.

Central location, very convinient for people who go for US Biometric. I loved the facilities, room cleanliness and staff, my only small concern/gripe was the people at the rooftop bar (very nice!) did not wear mask and kept coughing while providing my order. Front desk was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.
