Good Hotel Bad Service”
The hotel room was good and had basic amenities which was good and had running hot water throughout the day. The hotel staff was not very courteous and have no idea about how to treat their customers, they are not rude but very lethargic. Rooms are not cleaned and beds are not made everyday. No intercom facility and room service just ignored any request and failed to deliver any requests. The staff need to be trained about how to interact with customers and improve themselves and the hotel should take care of their house keeping and intercom facility.

Stay was good, but the Hotel management denayed the 30% discount that was offer by Agoda while I booked the room.
