This place is very old and more suitable for guys looking for hostel like stay. Not suitable for families in my opinion. But if you're looking for a very budget friendly place and wouldn't mind other aspects such as cleanliness, then this is okay.

The staff is helpful and nice. Otherwise the location is a bit further away from the beach (to me still very walkable), and there were some bugs (guess screen windows would've been nice).

The room was horrid. Dilapidated building. Room service was utter waste. Only car parking area was spacious. You can't expect even the basic amenities like hot water and power back up.
