          friendly staff, outdoor dining option & satisfactory food.

          The main drawback is that there is no green area whatsoever to sit out in ! This is not a place to sit inside the rooms !! The floor tilings are worn out, giving a shabby feeling ! By the way, the location as given in your description is totally wrong ! This is 20 kms OUTSIDE central Shimla !! Please correct this severe anomaly - this is virtually true for almost all the hotel listings of the area on your website !!
