The staff at the hotel were great - sending me back to the airport by free transport. Facilities good - only some noise on the halls at night. Area is dumpy, but easy access to airport. Overall nice stay.

Rooms are not spacious ”

Booked the hotel for one night only , but wanted to continue for another two -three nights in the same room , but the Manager could not adjust and agreed to extend my stay (the existing customers) due to commitment to unconfirmed customers , because of this had to shift to another nearby hotel with my family...because of this my other accompanied family had also shifted to my nearby hotel for stay for another 4 days...No worry for the customers and business ...Rooms are small - no enough space for putting extra bed ...

Booked the Hotel Saibala and upgraded it but really pretty ordinary for the price compared to other experiences over 6 weeks of travel. Much of what was advertised was niot avalable - roof top restaurant not operating, permit bar not operating.. Room was clean, bed comfortable. No kettle. Empty bar fridge in room! Food in restaurant very average.. Good proximity to airport and taxi service provided, so if this is your requirement itis great.

It is very bad hotel! We booked the room with airport transfer but no one came to pick us up at the airport. We informed the hotel that we arrived at the hotel about 1.30 am and requested for late check in. They had no information and they had no room untill 3.00 am. We had to wait other to check out.

The staff from this Hotel called me on 7 Nov before my trip on 10 Nov and requested me to cancel the booking as they encounter some road works. I did cancel and he said it wont get charged. I then told him on 9 Nov that my credit card has been charged and asked him to check but he kept saying that it's not charged. I screen shot my credit card bill and sent via WhatsApp. I also told him to check and I will be overseas flying from India and will be back much later. When I came back & called him on 22 Nov, he said he's busy with wife delivery - I said ok give a chance and asked him to get back about the payment but kept silence until I had to blast him. Yesterday, 29 Nov he said he has told the people and will email me the acknowledgment but till to this moment I haven't receive any. This is not a professional way of dealing with client. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone for sure.
