Please do not select this hotel for ur stay in pondicherry.. the app has got some policies and the hotel has another policies... They donot follow the app rules . They will not even confirm the booking and then they take the payment from us. When we try to intrude into it they ll not even bother to listen to us and will say some stupid reasons.

Wasn't happy with service and staff. Room was not well ventilated. Parking was painful experience such a narrow road. One good thing is it's in the city closer to the tourist attractions. Would suggest to give a miss to this stay.

Very overpriced with less than Zero service and facilities. Bathroom were dirty and no supplies provided, AC doesn't work and you feel very unsafe in the hotel.
