Kind Staffs, good breakfast quality.”

I chose this HOTEL for the location where is near the Zoo Station. It's about 15 minutes to the Zoo Station and Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church by walk. When i stayed this hotel, the stair and hallway are under the painting, so i was faced a little inconvenience, but the staffs are very nice and kind that they helped us to bring big luggages by elevator. Breakfast is good quality. they did not cook much foods, but cooked customers order right away even it's kind of buffet. this way prevents wasting of foods and give customers more fresh and hot foods. They do not have own parking lot, and i used private parking where 10minutes away by walk. Even this building is old dated one, good for the price.

Great hotel and great value ”

A lovely hotel in a very central part of Berlin, great for access to buses and underground to all parts of Berlin. Various and varied cafes and restaurants very close by. Nice room, clean linen and nice bathroom. Very good breakfast and helpful staff.

Exceeded my expectations”

It was clean, quiet, and friendly. The classical German breakfast was wonderful, highly recommended, and well worth the small added cost. Transport is easy: the 249 bus right around the corner takes you to U-Kurfurstendamm station and the U-Uhlandstrasse station is a block away. The hotel is an elegant old building with creaky hallway floors and a marble staircase. The WiFi works. This is a perfect place if you want a German hotel experience and not a clone of a US chain hotel. I will be back.

Awesome Location & Value for Money”

The hotel is located amdist two major bus stops and a Metro station. It is easily accessible via Bus 109 from Tegel Airport. The hotel staff were very helpful and considerate. The buffet Breakfast was really good. Our room was quite spacious and overlooking the road. The hotel, overall, has a dated look, but the rooms were really clean. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice place to stay for a few days”

This hotel is situated in a XIX century building, it is really nice, the stuff was very welcoming and prepared a crib for our toddler even though we forgot to ask. The room was very clean and the hotel itself too. It get’s about 10 min to get to metro station that will bring you to the city center. The Zoo is in the walking distance.

Nice location, clean and comfy”

The room is perfect. Large, nice, clean and very comfortable. The location is 3-5 minutes walk to tbe nearest underground train. There are also many restaurants nearby the hotel. The staffs are very informative and helpfull. I have an excellent time satying in this hotel.

Clean / good location / comfortable stay ”

Everything was perfect at this hotel and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The only problem was that there was not a proper internet connection in the room for wifi and you had to go outside your room and use it which was okay In the end

Beautiful old world charm”

25 euros for such a central location, right near the Kurfuerstendamm!! I could hardly believe it. The reason they offer such a price is that the rooms need a LOT of renovation. (E.g. TV didn't work, but who needs TV?) It was clean, and has beautiful early 20th century features like the beautiful ironwork entrance and staircase.

a well priced central hotel”

It is easy to find this hoterl, whether one arrives by plane or train. It is well located and one can see much of the city on foot. The staff is most pleasant and willing to be helpful.

Despite the personal at the reception is nice, I had to wait for about 15 minutes in the reception because the room I had booked was not ready yet. There are not AC within the rooms but instead there are electrical fans. Doble room are not King/queen size beds, but two single beds put togheter. No shampoo nor shower soap provided. Small rooms. One of the pros is the location of the hotel which is two blocks from Kurfürstendamm one of the most famos boulevars with lots of boutiques, restaurants and public transportation so you can move to the center city easyly by metro or bus.

Notre avis est un peu biaisé par le fait que l'hôtel était en travaux de rénovation donc a voir dans le futur, ceci dit en 3 nuits aucun ménage ni remplacement de serviettes et linge de lit c'est un peu honteux, le personnel est très agréable.
