A bit expensive if the quality of room is concerned, however it's location is something which is a clear winner here with restaurants, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, eveything nearby.

Good Property.. very near to west gate of Taj.. A minor upkeep in room and washroom fittings & facilities are urgently required.. as washroom fittings give a very old weird look and not properly functional also... but is Good place to stay .. and give you value for money Many good restaurants nearby and hotel breakfast is splendid..

Damp and dusty”
Impressive frontage but our room 7302 on the 3d floor was damp, dusty and smelt mouldy and of urine with the added bonus of being directly under the rooftop restaurant where chairs banging on the floor disturbed us until late. This was due to a party so not every night but we were visiting the Taj for sunrise the following day! We had moved from the room next door as the window pane was loose and rattling. Agra is a very dusty city but we had hoped to find refuge in a nice clean hotel. Hot water wasn't readily available and the shower taps were awkward to use and needed a good descale. Breakfast was fine and our waiter Pradeep was particularly helpful and friendly (the best thing about Seven Hills).

Clean spacious room short distance to Taj mahal ”
Hotel just 3yrs old very clean room n toilet are well maintained friendly staff good rate photo shown is what u get. Roof top restaurant frontier excellent food with top view n swimming pool. Tuk auto to Taj 1.5km is less than rp100 but bargain can get rp50, Agra fort is rp70 about 3km from hotel. Hire taxi to Fatehpur sikrit rp1500 for 8hrs is convenient. All major attractions do not allow food or big bag, backpark. Hotel centrally located. Stayed 4 days n will come back in future to this hotel. Breakfast good comfortable dinning room with bread friits cereal eggs baked tomatos with cheese delicious few Indian delicacies. Lobby spacious comfortable welcoming staff. Well done Seven Hills Towers hotel with so many roses petals around good natural fragrence

Excellent but hot water can be improved”
The suite that I stayed in is big, Aircon (AC) is working well. The bed is a bit on the soft side, but it is ok since I am staying only for 2 nights. The toilet is spacious however the hot water can be improved. The hot water at the hotel is not consistent, meaning that after bathing for like 3 mins, the hot water and cold water ratio, you need to manually turn it abit to the temperature that you need. I am not sure if this is normal for India, but there are some other Hotels I stayed in India do not have this problem, but they are slightly more expensive than Hotel Seven Hills Tower. The hotel is situated 3mins walk to Domino pizza, however I strongly suggest you take a transport and visit Pinch of Spice, which is located about 700m away from the hotel. I walked from the hotel, but took a Tuk Tuk back because the path way walk is not pleasant. For the Tuk Tuk ride, I paid 50 rupees (Tourist price) for a 4mins ride, but it is really much better than walking. Normal Indian rate should be about 20 rupees, but if you cannot speak Hindi don't expect Indian price. The hotel breakfast was not impressive, but they have bread to be toasted and jams, so no complains on that. Did not interact much with the staff, but they looked friendly and will help you if you need any help. I visited Taj Mahal and it is about 10 mins car ride from the hotel to West Gate of Taj. Overall, I will recommend my friend to stay in this hotel, budget wise it is slightly on the high side for a 3 star hotel, but I still feel it is worth it after staying for 2 nights.

, Great Value, Sparkling Clean, Great Find!!”
We arrived at Seven Hills Tower after travelling a month in northern India looking for a comfortable, clean and goo sized room with a bit of style, near the Taj Mahal at a reasonable price. Thanks to our driver and his knowledge of Agra we hit the jackpot Rooms are lovely and large, great bathroom with rain shower with great pressure, wonderful bed with 4 xlnt pillows, very responsive room service, and a great manager who personally talked with us about our stay. At the corner is a poplar local restaurant with xlnt food. Thee hotel is less than 10 minutes to Taj Mahal by tuk-tu, This is a terrific small hotel which should be at least 4 stars. loved it!!

Nice 3-Star hotel with excellent staff (close to Taj)”
We stayed at Seven Hills Tower hotel with family in 2 rooms. The hotel staff is excellent, and very helpful. However, there were areas where this hotel needs improvement: bathrooms and restaurant. In fact, bathrooms in all Asian countries - India, China, Hong Kong have problems. In this hotel, water leaked out of shower door, and bathroom got flooded. Drain was as usual slow in shower area. Toilet bowel was yellowing, and had black water stains. No exhaust!! International guests hate when these things happen. Hotel management must teach housekeeping to inspect bathrooms to make sure there are no leaks, no slow drains, and clean toilet bowels (use bleach!). Manager should be periodically inspecting rooms. Second problem was uncooked chicken in two dishes at the rooftop restaurant. Sounds scary! If this was in the western world, restaurant manager would have not charged for the dishes, but not here. Giving 4 stars because of the excellent staff! Very impressive!

Seven Hills Tower is a curious hotel, in that it is very new and the staff are very friendly, but the design of the rooms is somewhat lacking. We were in a suite, and whilst it had 2 tvs, it didn't have a proper wardrobe, just a shelf with a rai, above, but you couldn't hang even a shirt as the shelf also held the safe. The walls are very thin, so you get a lot of noise from other rooms. Internet was very fast, and the staff are super friendly.

Good option for a nice hotel at a reasonable rate in Agra. The rooms was great -- super comfy bed, best water pressure shower I've had in India, and most excellent staff. I booked the package with the breakfast included which was worth it. The gem is there's a tiny swimming pool on the roof deck which is great respite from the Agra heat. It's not far from the Taj but there's not located in a walkable area as far as restaurants or shops. Would definitely recommend.
