            Hotel Snow Park”

            Shower was a problem. No hot water and no water pressure. Had to wait about 15 mins before the shower worked. Bed linen wasn't clean. Housekeeping rectified this. Doona cover was fantastic and was needed due to no heating or air con in room. Room service food was good. Breakfast a little disappointing. Staff excellent. They tried.

            worst all of service”

            First ,rooms are old, every place smell like mold and hot water is not work even if electricity also. I several times requested but staffs so late worked. second, staffs are unkindly very poor service. car - rental, room cleaning, call - service etc.... third, manager also unkilny my request what I need drinking water bottle. so I never have been experience to stay worst hotel.

            My booking was done for single occupancy n I paid extra while converting into double snd hotel charge extra jn last moment. First day room was very pethetic but second day they shifted in good room

            First day hot water was not in geyser n they provided water in bucket.

            Help given to organise personal interest activities, good food, friendly staff

            I found the staff to be particularly helpful to me as a foreign solo traveller in finding out information and organising transport. I thought the food was very tasty and room service excellent. The hotel's location at the petrol pump had its advantages - it was easy for taxis to pull right off the road for safe and liesurly loading/unloading which was wonderful on a rather narrow, snow bound street. I would happily stay here again.

            the room was big, clean and comfortable.

            The stay was good, the room was very comfortable and the service was good. The only thing we did not like was the food quality at the hotel. also the location was average, though near to the mall road bt did not have any scenic view from the room
