@ 10 mins to Orchard Rd. @ 10 mins to Dhoby Ghaut Mrt. Do not get down at Somerset Mrt. Or it's going to be a long walk. Next to Istana. Next to Plaza Singapura. Basic facilities. Clean room. And it's huge. They do have hot water in the shower. Kettle, hairdryer and real drinking glasses. Everything works. The concierge lady is very friendly and professional. BREAKFAST IS AS STATED. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE MEANING. Worth every penny. Highly recommend for family and friends.

Helpful staff, Convenient location in city centre, value for money”
Easy to reach (5 minute walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT). Quick check in. Comfortable rooms. Its a budget hotel and hence doesn't come with fancy set up but good for people who are looking to spend less in an otherwise expensive city. Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were cleaned. No smoking. No Durian smell. Easy commute (walk to Orchard road) and you can get Bus/ MRT so that you could travel anywhere in Singapore. Taxi was available at any point in time. Over all a great experience.

Excellent location just off Orchard Road; budget level accom in keeping with the tariff level; clean; free and secure car parking beneath the hotel a huge plus if one has a car in Singapore; staff generally pleasant and obliging; breakfast is continental style and not great. Parking tip; you need to have a booking id to access the parking and best to contact the hotel in advance of your stay to ensure you are able to use the parking

+: 1. Good location 2. Helpful staff 3. Decent fresh room 4. Do not take % for payment by card 5. Every day change towels. -: 1. They do not allow to book a room without breakfast, but they send to a Chinese restaurant with a Chinese food REALLY disgusting. We are struggled not to vomit. 2. Local workers in neighbour restaurants across the lane every day from early morning to late night play guitar and shout very loud and nobody stop them. It disturbs a lot. 3. Three times I asked to clean the drain hole in shower cabin - they did it, but after 1-2 days it clogged again. 4. They do not strictly prohibit smoking. If Chinese came in lobby with a cigarette, they don't demand to stop smoking - I did it. In our bathroom through the vent every day came very strong smell of smoke and filled my room. Really big problem. I asked staff to find this room from where it comes - they didn't do it. 5. Overpriced a bit. 6. There was no view from our window Overall: maybe the best hotel it that spot

Simply the best within 100$ budget”
Location is perfect. Cheapest option around Orchard road, with spacious rooms, bathtub, even breakfast! - almost unbelievable according to Singapore's costly and small room standard. Movement is very easy as bus and MRT stations are nearby. We also have stayed in other hotels around 100$ per night, no one was even close to this hotel for price-value. Definitely recommending to those looking for cheap yet good hotels.
