This was my 3rd option after I cancelled 2 previous bookings. I wasn’t expecting much but I my experience was amazing. From good food to exceptional service to courteous staff, everything was 5 star about this property. The only improvement needed is the wifi.

Worst Hotel!!”
I had travelled to this hotel on 9th March 2021, i completely dissatisfied with the quality, Room was very unhygienic, There were insects inside the room, Balcony chairs were full of dust . No newspaper for the guests. Food is super expensive and is really pathetic. If anyone is looking for a hotel in nainital then go for KMVN mallital only. Don't waste your money in these fake hotels.

The hotel rooms are neat and clean with all the facilities. The restaurant serves veg and non veg food with much options for both veg and non veg customers. The staff is polite and provide personalised dining expert paying individual attention to guests. The location of the hotel is little away from mall road but pick and drop is provided by the hotel car.

It was a nice and calm place with friendly staff and were available to help all the time. We reached the hotel in the middle of the night and they were quick to arrange for tea/coffee and biscuits for us although they didn't had 24 hrs coffee shop. Rooms were ok and clean.

we stayed there for two nights and experience was wonderful. nice, clean and spacious room can accommodate an extra bed easily still with lot of space in the room. food quality was good with buffet menu especially the breakfast menu. pick and drop service available from mall road to hotel and back up to 8:30 pm only drawback bit a distance from mall not a walking distance and pick and drop may not be prompt during rush time.

Basics things were missing which is easily available in 2,3 star rated hotels”
Basic things such as 1. On the day of check in, Tatasky account was deactivated and was recharged on request. It was recharged just for 1 day though our stay was for 2 days. We had to ask them again for recharge. We had booked two superior rooms and both had the same isssues. No HD channels were available. 2. showers & taps were not in good operating condition. Both taps (hot and cold) were so tight that once opened will not get closed. Showers are far better at home than what was there and was throwing water all over the washroom. 3. Staff's had an urgency all the time to pick up the plates and cups when even when had not completed our meals. There were two instances when staff picked up my tea cup and plate without asking me when I was not done. 4. When we were playing billiards (paid 200/half an hour) , a staff was constantly reminding us that the billiards table cloth should not tore down and he was constantly keeping an eye on us when we already had acknowledged him at the very first instance when he told us. When we asked why you are reminding multiple times, then he started arguing comparing his salary and cost of the cloth. We left billiards table before scheduled finished time. 5. Food was good and room was neat & clean. Overall this hotel is over priced and over rated.

Rooms are not worth the price. Wifi doesn’t work properly. No extra amenities in bathroom. Spend some more and probably will get a room in five star. You will always find a better hotel than this.

Not worth the money paid”
Very noisy hotel with large groups staying and making a whole lot of noise. The doors and walls are not noise proof - hence cudnt sleep even at night 1am. Very poor response from housekeeping staffs. No one picks up the phn at housekeeping most of the time. Reception was unmanned at night 1am. Cudnt get anyone to help for 30 mins almost when I was not able to sleep at 1am due to TV noise from adjacent room. Pros - GM and Reception Manager are very courteous. Good breakfast. Dinner quality needs to improve though. Overall, given the amount I paid, next time I would look to stay at a different property.
