Hotel room's fan was taken out. Geyser was not working. There was Indian toilet. Blankets don't have clean covers. They charge with 'breakfast included' option on Agoda but no breakfast is provided in the morning. The staff will give some lame excuse. Typical of Patna hotels! They just want to charge you high but don't know how to provide basic facilities.

Needs upgradation of facilities especially washroom. Room is too small for 3 people. There was only 1 window which couldn't be opened because it was transparent and just adjacent to another room of a hotel beside. Location also in a narrow crowded market lane. Overall not at all satisfactory
