Worst services ever experienced”
When we checked-in and entered to our room. We requested if we can have room on a diff. Level to have a better view, to which the receptionist strategically said, we only have TWIN ROOM, it was easily understood , the way they have replied and said rest of the hotel is sold out, wherein in-total there were two cars parked. SAD to know. Later in room, minibar was not working,when requested for ice if it is not working, ice was in charge basis, i respect if you charge for ice, but if minibar is not working, they can offer in ppace of that, later no one bother to make an effort , either to offer a room change or replacing the minibar in the mean time ,the fixtures were rusted. Overall, hotel Yamuna View is a shoddy place.

Nice hotel in Agra”
We are three friends, traveled around India, stayed in many hotel in the country. Yamuna is a nice and clean hotel, compare to other ones in India. I like the concept of the bathroom connected to bedroom. And it's also very clean. The staffs are helpful. Locations is convenience, not far from Red Fort and Taj Mahal. One thing I dislike is the construction site behind hotel. Dust is blew to the swimmingpool. And there are no barrie between the site and hotel.

We stayed in the hotel in December 22,2009. As we walked in to the reception we understood that this hotel is up to our standard and really value of money.A warm welcome let us feel at home.The room was modern clean and neat with a beautiful bathroom with warm water.You can walk freely to the market near by.

Hotel Yamuna View - reasonably good”
Went to Agra to visit Taj Mahal and decided not to stay in one of the hotels close to the Taj, but rather closer to the city. This hotel is a good choice for this kind of location. A cycle rickshaw will take to the Taj in 30 min. and to various shops and restaurants in Agra within 5 min. Hotel room was not so well maintained, but reasonably ok. Not a fantastic value for money but a reasonable alternative that I recommend for those families who want some sort of comfort without paying too much.

A nice home base in Agra”
A nice hotel and as clean as any I’ve seen in India, which is still not that clean! The staff were friendly and appear to actually care about customers. There is a nice restaurant and a pool to relax by. Be warned that at night there were regular, if short (1-2 minutes), power outages. While little more than an inconvenience, I would be nervous charging laptops or camera batteries without some sort of surge protector. Buffet breakfast was nice. The only negative for me was Enya playing throughout the lobby and restaurant on a permanent loop – but each to their own, I suppose!

As a lot about Agra was claustrophobic this hotel should stand out for being peaceful but it's disappointing this way and that. The management seem very cheap, providing no water, Internet or any 'extras' that should be granted. The background music was terrible. Nobody in Agra seems to know where this (recently renamed) hotel is but at least the pool was refreshing..

nous avons été très très déçu par cet hotel ,c'était la fin de notre séjour en Inde et nous voulions prendre un bel hotel avec piscine pour se reposer un peu avec les enfants .Nous avions réserver des chambres deluxes (160 euros pour 2 chambres) et nous avons eu des chambres standarts pourries (murs qui s'effritent, moquette très vielle, salle de bain moisie... photos à l'appui .Dans le couloir il n'y avait plus de moquette ,beton brut et le sommum la piscine etait en restauration,très gros travaux d'au moins plusieurs mois.

Das Hotel wirkt abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Ferner verspricht der Name Yamuna View mehr als er letztlich hält. Für eine Nacht ist es ok, wenn man allerdings einen längeren Aufenthalt in Agra und Umgebung plant, sollte man ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Quando siamo arrivati avevano perso la prenotazione con Agoda e abbiamo perso almeno tre ore per isolvere il problema, malgrado avessimo tutti i documenti di Agoda e prova del pagamento tramite pay pall, persnale gentile, solo qualche dubbio sul corrspondente locale di Agoda che non sembrerebbe avere fornito in la prenotazione e il pagamento, ma è un problema che avrebbe potuto succedere ovunque, anch eperchè probabilment elo stesso corrispondente serve tutta la città. Peraltro è svizzero.

今回プール改装中とは知らなかったので非常に残念でした。 ただ、従業員の方が皆フレンドリーで好感がもてました。 サービスも良かったです。早朝出発の際はランチボックスを持たせてくれました。
