It was splendid time we spent ar Hyatt. Very warm staff, kids friendly and very prompt service. The food is amazing. Swimming pool was very clean and nicely maintained. No other facilities for kids though. Still would recommend for the view from room, service and food.

One of the best hotels in the heart of Chennai”
Extremely clean and beautifully decorated hotel. Most hotels neglect the infrastructure after some time. But Hyatt sticks to its prestige and has maintained it's property very well. The staff are extremely polite and efficient. The buffet breakfast spread was impressive. Overall one of the best stays in India. Will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks Hyatt. I stayed for 3 nights. It was a very good experience with the hotel. Breakfast is good and their Almond milk is good. I will stay with my family next time I visit in June. I believe they are upgrading, once all rooms are upgraded it will be good.

We stayed with 2 kids for 3 days Staff was very friendly Mr.Mathew and Mr.Karthik from F&B were very Courteous with us. Food was good. Still have room to improve flavor I recommend this place to anyone who want to come to Chennai for few days Express avenue is the near by Chennai’s largest shopping mall, Lots of near by food options as well Apollo hospital is very close by too.

During my stay, there were maintenance works going on hence noise and some mess around nevertheless I had a pleasant stay thanks to the staff who overdue himself taking care of my broken shoe and running some errands in the middle. The breakfast was good and the Chinese restaurant chef was so kind as to modify one dish to satisfy my request for seafood.

Superb property, with very courteous staff”
We stayed at this property for 3 nights. Very close to US Consulate. Rooms are sufficiently big, with all required amenities. The room itself & hotel is little old, you will feel it - however, it is not an issue. The staff there is amazing, truely 5 Star Service. We asked a lot of help from the staff and all were honoured very courteously - including early breakfasts (6AM), cancellation of a order we had placed for Cake (thanks to Lalitha, hope i got the name rite), reqeust for change in local currency, special baby food, special cut fruits, etc. Very satisfied with the property. Will highly recommend.

Room door broken and the rooms wall paints removed. Bathroom water doesn’t flow properly. Overall property should be renovated. Other than that everything fine.
