One of the best stays”
Stayed here for 2 nights with my family and they have 3 different kind of pool. My family enjoyed the pool and also a private beach. Easy access for fast food chain as it is only next to KFC, MCD, Subway, and Starbucks that you can walk to anytime as some of it is 24 hour operated. The service from the staffs are very helpful and the room are clean. Would love to come here again!

Amazing stay”
I experience a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room is always clean. All the staffs are kind, from the receptionist, housekeeper, bell boy, and chef. The teams always greet us every time we come across them. All the food for delicious, and variety of them, breakfast with a sunrise view is fantastic! This hotel is also near the beach, so it is suitable for healing. There is also a net for volleyball. There are two kinds of swimming pools.

With a couple of pools overlooking Telus Cempedak beach and the ocean- that is hard to beat. Very clean, spacious, amazing breakfast buffet (beats even several 5 star ones). I ll definitely choose it again, as I have done before.

previously the beach was private. although its open to public now but its still very well maintain and clean. the bar beside the beach, SAMPAN might need to improve on the service. we order some alcohol but it took too long to arrive. ambience was very nice. clean beach. lovely to swim in the ocean but there is a signage say no water activities. so play at ur own risk. beach is big enough to accommodate everyone. had fun playing frisbee and boomerang and kite due to strong wind. staff were friendly. despite checking in at 4pm but we still didnt get our room at 4pm. but manage to get room around 5pm. pls improve on this. rmb to validate tng card before exit. Amazing view ”
Love the hotel! The location is the best, variety of food selections from fast food to local food. We booked a Twin Seaview room but due to some issues with the room, the management assigned us to a Family Room. Great hospitality from the staff. Definitely a reccomended place to stay if you are visiting Kuantan.

Nice beach and pool. Having anniversary celebration at the resort and they have gave us a nice cake. The cake is very nice ! Room is very clean and sanitize. Beach and pool is very nice. Room facing the sea is very good with Sunrise view. Overall is very good and definitely will back again !

Best for relaxing ”
Nice view of the ocean. Listen to the sound of waves throughout the day. Great location. The only downfall is the parking. Very limited parking space at the nearby carpark. I hope the hotel would look into this seriously. Please only allow in house hotel guests to park there. And not the club go-ers.

Amazing view. Cant get enough of the spectacular view and clean beach. Clean and spacious room. Nice swimming pool. My kids love itg Had a great time. Just that, the food at Kampung restaurant is a bit tasteless. We ordered char kuei tiow, mee curry, pasta bolognese. The kuei tiow and mee curry were a bit off. Luckily the cakes were good. Overall, had a good vacation. Will absolutely come again, but i will skip Kampung Restaurant.

At first I was quite disappointed during checked in as I checked in quite late due to long journey. Front desk staff asked to wait for another 10 to 15 minutes, I was so tired and wonder why I checked in late still need to wait? The staff Ashikin was super helpful, she personally go n check the room condition for me and called me once the room done. At night I saw 2 pieces of cakes and a letter inside my room. Super good experience and all the staffs r so polite and sincere. I'm so touched with their service and the room, facilities, food and everything were so great! I will surely go back again! Thanks for the service!!

Modern, clean and functional spaces”
My family and I came to the resort with little or no expectation and was pleasantly surprised on the refreshed and modern take of the interior. The pools were big yet not too intimidating for my young swimmers and the location of the resort was just by a public beach. Real value for money for anyone who is looking for a family space for everyone without breaking the bank.

Awesome location, beautiful beach ”
The hotel is strategically located within walking distance of established eateries (McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks) and even the famous curry mee. It also has beach access and my children enjoyed the pool too. Food at the Kampung is not too bad as well. Room service was impeccable and the room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back again!

Loving it so far. Very near to Teluk Cempedak beach & there’s a lot of restaurants nearby too. The staff, Muhammad is very helpful. Other staff were friendly too. The beach is beautiful indeed and very clean. The bfast spread was so so. The room was okay. Just not a fan of tiles hotel room. Should’ve put at least a corner with a carpet cause the floor tend to get so cold. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Will definitely come back.

We had a great time there. Check in was smooth. Our sea view room facing the south China Sea couldn't ask for anything more. The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities outside of the resort were plentiful. Easy to look for midnight snacks. We love the facilities in the resort. Overall, awesome!

Decent hotel at a very nice location”
Resort is rundown but rooms are refurbished and comfortable. Request for block 1 or 2 which is nearer to lobby. Block 3 is quite a walk. The hotel breakfast is worth it. Good choice of food and drinks. They had two pools which didn't look very clean but serves its purpose and overlooking the sea. Lots of food options next to the hotel.

We chose Hyatt to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. We really had a great time! We would like to thank Sous Chef Badrul and his team for giving us a good time. Sous Chef Badrul definitely made our stay a memorable one, his food was yummylicious and his service was excellent. Very accommodative and was willing to hear us out. The homemade chocolate & the coconut lemon cake was extremely delicious. The resort is so beautiful, the sunset and sunrise was a view to die for. Karthik was always so helpful during tea/dinner time. Zarra made our checking in process lively and was able to give us a beautiful room. Housekeeping was also very friendly. We will definitely re-visit this resort. Definitely a family/child friendly resort. Thank you Sous Chef Badrul and team.

Everything is Perfect But Not the promises”
The beach is clean, the hotel is nice and comfortable. Furthermore, location is nearby all the fast food restaurant. Nothing to complaint at all. Just disappointed with the promise they gave me before check-in the hotel. They promise me to arrange a complimentary cake for my honeymoon celebration, but when we check-in the room, we get nothing, the bed is empty. I make a false promise to my wife , end up i bring my wife to secret recipe to have the cake. Is not about the money issue, I can pay the cake money, but please when you promised someone on behalf your company, please do it nicely. Lack of manpower supply is not the excuse to push away your responsibility.

The rooms were clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. The breakfast is so-so nothing special.. A little hot during the late morning and afternoon and the seats are kinda old. Overall ok. The pools are clean and relaxing. Good location and fun stay. Recommended.
