Initially I did face a problem as I was used to staying at Hyatt's globally and expecting a certain level of service always. Then the staff of whom 3 stand out especially, Partho Saha at the Front desk, Rishi the Restaurant manager and Chef Prem, went out of their way to ensure I got what I was looking for at the Lucknow Hyatt as well. So kudos to the Hyatt team for this. I enjoyed my stay after their great hospitality and service. Will be back again.

Hassle free check in. Valet parking. Well maintained big sized room and bathroom with all amenities. Very good layout of breakfast. We were honoured with a surprise small Bon Voyage party with cake hosted by Hyatt. Special mention for Ankit, Tapas, Rajeev and a girl at the restaurant for taking care of us while taking breakfast. I will definitely visit again.

I would not like to be too critical as this travel was during the COVID period with the hotel operating at 50% under Government directives, following is my opinion: Plus Points: A) Their Staff - especially the front Desk are very good and cheerful. B) The Bathroom Amenities were good. C) Room was overall comfortable Negative Points: A) Breakfast - though it had some variety the same Menu (with slight variations) was offered every day. We stayed for six days so it became quite a boring meal with time. Tables took some time to be cleaned before the next guests could use them. B) Some facilities need to be checked better e.g. the Masala Tea was served in mugs that were chipped at the rims (multiple times). C) Hotel advised that Room cleaning would be done on alternate days only - this was very surprising and disappointing since in this period cleaning should have been more frequent not the other way - however we requested for daily cleaning and that was done. C) No Hard copy menu

This is the first hotel where during check-in the receptionist asked to deposit money in advance for our food bills during stay. We pre booked the hotel and already paid through Agoda for two rooms two night stay. Otherwise would have definitely shifted to another hotel for such an unwanted welcome. Their food is also very average with inflated rate.

My reservation included a welcome drink, but I didn’t get any welcome drink. Even if I want to get something to eat or drink, but the refrigerator is empty. You have to call room service. Poor 5 star standard. Should lower than 4 star.
