I stayed at Ibis Berlin Hauptbahnhof for one night. Everything was good. The room and the breakfast were standard, no pleasant/unpleasant surprises. I would expect more for this much money, but it seems that mostly the location is acountant for the high price.

The hotel is very close to the train station and check in was very friendly and fast. The room was small , to maneuverable with a big suitcase is not easy. Room and bathroom were very clean, bathroom was basic with one set towels (no small one for the hands and no small asecoires. The room has no safe and no minibar also no possibility to make tea or coffee. There are no closed cabinets to store your goods and clothes.

Pros - Great location. Just opposite the train stations and walkable to many places of attractions. Cons - there’s no drop off point for your luggage. No clear instruction on the location of the car parking facilities and very limited car parking lots

Excellent location nearby Central rail station, but no complimentary drinks(neither tea/coffee bags)”
No mini fridge, no complimentary drinks (neither in room nor in lobby). We stayed 5 nights in twin room, only a charged bottle of water with one glass. No mugs provided for us to drink anything in room. Front house staff asked us to go down to reception to get facial tissues when we phoned to say our tissues were all used up.

Location is very good”
The location of the hotel is very good, near Berlin hauptbahnhof. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful. Hot water is free in the bar desk and I can sit there to have a hot drink and relax freely. They help us mail the postcard, which save our time to post office. It only costs 70 euro per night for a double room with two beds, which is not expensive. We have a nice experience here. Highly recommend if you visit Berlin.

Pleasant stay”
Pleasant stay but on our last day, it was quite warm in the room. As most hotels only have cooling systems and is based on the outer temperature, our rooms stay warm. Hotel staff told us to open our windows and said they are no available rooms to change. Think it's best if hotels who rely on cooling systems develop a proper plan to manage such situations rather than letting their customers suffer.

Staff very polite and accommodating. No fridge in room but bar downstairs can take in foodstuff. A plus is they also provide ice cubes.

One of their waiter who has bear is very nice to fill up hot water for us to cook instant noodle. We all like his attitude. The room is a bit small for us to stay 8 days. We have 2 big luggages.
