      They always have no available cloth iron for guests' use!”

      Everything went well except that I tried for three consecutive days to borrow a flat iron but they always tell me that all their items are out. Also, i lost my iPhone OTG in their computer. I left it there but when I went back, it is already gone! :(

      Good experience staying at Ibis Berlin Mitte”

      nice front desk staff, clean room, good breakfast

      I had a nice stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and speak very good English. My room was clean and comfortable. Hotel location is near Alexanderplatz, a bit far from the attractions if you are a tourist. I had to change some conditions of room booking and it was done very easily. Breakfast was good at 10 euro. I strongly recommend this hotel. Make sure to book Ibis Berlin Mitte because there is a chain of Ibis hotel in Berlin.

      Hotel liegt direkt neben Tankstelle die ganze Nacht herrscht hier Betrieb.

      Das Hotel liegt zwar Zentral hat aber eine ganz schlechte Nah- Verkehrsanbindung U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind nur zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar, alternativ Strassenbahn und umsteigen. Das Umfeld Kneipen, Lokale und Restaurant auch nur zu Fuß ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das kleine Zimmer rustial und sehr eng gstellte Möbel. Badezimmer ohne Wanne, sehr kleine Handtücher ,kein Haarwaschmittel und Seife , Nähgarn und Schuhputzlappen nicht vorhanden. Preisleistung-Verhältnis stimmt für dieses Hotel nicht.

      Хорошее расположение. 10 мин от Александр платц, в 5ти минутах трамвай и супермаркет. Номер чистый, тихий. Приятный персонал. Соответствует политике и качеству сети Ибис. Единственное что расстроило - бесплатный интернет, есть интернет лучше и за отдельную плату.
