great location, nice room, friendly staff”
we stayed at 7th floor and the view was nice. the room was clean and comfy. the staff speaks a little english but they have translator so we were able to communicate easily. they also arranged airport transfer for us. the hotel location is great as it's only few min walk to city center, st. sofia church and parks. will definitely stay here again

The location is very good, there is plenty of restaurants and karaoke just few steps away. The room is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. And there is 24 hours free laundry in the hotel. Recommend to stay in Harbin.

the room was very good. it's not too big, but it's clean, the staff was also very kind and helpful. the hotel was very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, just took around 300-400 meters away. there were also available liquid soap in bathroom. i am so satisfied with this hotel.

The check in process was slightly slow, but overall is still acceptable to me. Will be booking the same hotel stay on my next return trip in 2020

Thanks Mercure Harbin. Location is amazing.. walking distance to zhongyang street, zhaolin park and shong hua river. I stay in deluxe room.. spacious and even they provide almost all the necessities we need. Couldn't thank enough.

Duplex Suite”
Everything was perfect except it was a bit chaotic upon our arrival. The staffs couldn’t speak any simple English as we need to use google translate to communicate. The room was big enough to accommodate the four of us. The hotel was 5-20mins away walking to the shops and shopping malls and you could easily find Muslim Restaurants along Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. We had a pleasant stay and we’ll come back again for sure!

Overall the accommodation is not bad. Located relatively near to 中央大街 and the room is clean. Staff is very helpful and polite. Furthermore, hotel also provides day tour package. Hotel is relatively well-known in the area, hence cab drivers know the hotel very well. The only downside is the breakfast which cost $25 per pax is relatively fair, not marvelous..

Good location, but poor maintenance”
First, I booked a Queen Room "A" which is 26 sq m and which is more expensive than a regular 20 sq m Queen Room. But upon check-in, the staff said there is no such room and that all their rooms are 20 sq m. When asked what I would like to do, I had no choice but to accept the std 20 sq m Queen Room; it was really Hobson's choice. What was more disappointing was that I had initially booked a Queen Room "A" only to receive a confirmation for a normal Queen Room at the higher Queen "A" price and when I complained to Agoda, they asked me to cancel and re-book and this time I got a confirmation for a Queen "A", only to be disappointed AGAIN, at check-in. Agoda, I will be writing to you separately on this for a refund. The room I was allocated leaked water from the bath into the bed room the next morning, and luckily, they were able to shift me to another room. The downside was the re-packing we had to do, because we were not travelling light due to the cold winter in Harbin.
