location, location, location !”
there were so many things that i liked about our stay in ibis...friendly and helpful staff, the quick checkin and checkout, the clean and comfortable room, the hotel's green initiatives, the breakfast buffett and most of all its location. Firstly, there are 3 mrt stations within a few minutes walk and bus stoops right outside the hotel. Secondly, there is a 711 store just beside the hotel and the entire bugis shopping area for clothes, accessories and souvenirs. Lastly, food! there were so many restaurants, fast foods branches and food courts ouround the hotel that made us wish we had stayed longer :-) If i do get an opportunity to travel back to Singapore, Ibis will definitely be on the top of my list of places to stay.

Booked this hotel for my parents whenever they come to Singapore ”
This time everything is good except the room slipper is by request only. Asked for room with view and high floor but given room with blocked view and mid level floor. Overall the breakfast is good and room is clean.

Perfect !”
Room is clean, and have everything you need. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location very strategic, in between 2 MRT station (walking distance 5-8 mins). A big food court at the back of the hotel. Will definitely be back there again.

Clean and Comfortable”
The Hotel is close to Sim Lim Tower and Sim Lim Square. Bencoolen and Jalan Besar MRT stations are each a few minutes walk away. Room is comfortable and clean and Staff helpful and friendly.

Extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable front desk staff to ensure a smooth stay from Ima, Nas and Esther. Also bell staff are always helpful and attentive in the lobby and driveway, immediately offering to help with bags and directing guests to the right person at front desk. Thank you very much !

Very happy about the cleanliness and location. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel and walking distance to bugis junction, bugis + and restaurants. Will be back again!

Great hotel with comfy bed and laundry facilities and cares about the environment that they provide bottled water anymore. You can loan a glass bottle and have your water refilled at the water dispenser. Applauded for thinking of the environment. Short distance from train station and tons of eateries in the neighbourhood!

Convenient Location, Bad Receptionist”
Everything is good except upon my check-in, I showed my confirmed document to the receptionist. She didn't even greet me like the usual will do "Welcome to Ibis Singapore, my name is XXXX". It didn't really matter to me, but when she told me to hand in my credit card for deposit. I was aware that some of the hotels will require this kind of security. But then, I told her I forget to bring my credit card and it wasn't stated in any line of my confirmed booking documents. When I was unable to provide, her impatient face showed immediately and didn't bother to communicate with me (please wait for a moment while I check with my superior) and turn away to the room behind and let me waited for 5min. When she's back, "You need to have a credit card in order to check-in". I showed my documents to her and said it wasn't written in the paper that I need to bring any. She just takes the document from my hand forcefully. "No need cc, they can check in" -says another receptionist. Really?

ITS OUR FIRST TIME IN SINGAPORE, I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THE HOTEL, THE LOCATION IS CLOSE TO EVRYWHERE FROM MARKET , MALL AND MRT. I TOLD MY FRIEND ALREADY ABOUT THE HOTEL. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel - Ibis is the brand that I like and trust. Overall the location is good - a local food market nearby. I didn't experience any difficulties in terms of traffic as I mainly use Grab in SG.

Very efficient from check in to check out. Hotel did not insist on a deposit on check in, and did not even insist to check on room prior to check out. Overall, hotel stay was comfortable, and location is excellent with good transport facilities just beside the hotel.

Ideal hideout for Shoe-String Couples”
Despite small rooms, the interior was clean and comfy, with all you would need for a hotel stay. Location was good with plenty of food and public transport, within walking distance. The breakfast spread was beyond expectations! Definitely worth a second visit!
