Modern convenience”
I have lived in China for a long time and finding decent accomodation is always a challenge. At the price I paid for Ibis' rooms, I will certainly go again and I would even bring family members. The location is only 5 minutes from Optics Valley Metro line so travelling around town is conveniant. The breakfast buffet is almost all Chinese food (which I guess is fairly obvious) but thankfully there is a Starbucks in the same building. This is definately a 3 star hotel at a 1 star price; am greatly pleased!

Location is about 300m from optic valley subway station. Its a bit difficult to take a cab from the hotel especially during working hours. I stayed on the 10th floor room, and its a bit noisy, sometimes speaker bass noise, sometimes construction noise, not sure and not that big deal for me,comparing the price, I think its ok. Its clean, but not that clean..may be average, not that I expect from 'ibis clean'. The staffs are okay too. I love one housekeeper auntie, she's very nice. I stayed there for 6nites, so I kinda notice her kindness. The internet is fast enough for me to watch youtube using miqloproxy vpn without buffer. The tv there is quite small for me..the bathroom is clean, but fyi, they just have one mixed shampoo and body soap, so for u guys that has sensitive skin or hair or so, may be u can bring one. Or u can buy it from the supermarket just 3mins walk from there. No refrigerator. For me, the room has not enough lighting, the lamp is too obsecure. Its not ibis thet I expected, the hotel is ordinary but the price can tell and overall its still comfortable to stay there. Its still a nice hotel.to stay for long nites. make some improvement and keep it up ibis!

A nice hotel and the rate is great.”
The hotel is very close to Wuhan high speed train station just about twenty-five minutes ride, and it is located at the city center of Wuchang, and nearby is the Wuhan university. Easy access to a lot of fine dinning restaurants, the room is clean, good size and the price is great, only one thing to complain is in the early morning there is no water after a heavy raining night. The staff said water is coming from underground, so it might happen again during the rainy season. But I will be back to this hotel.

The stay at Ibis Wuhan was superb. Room is clean only if you dont check under the bed. Apparently they swept the dust under the bed and left it there. However, there is nothing I can complain about. Unique toilet is sparkling clean. My only choice of hotel during every visit. City is just 10-13 mins walk away.

Mixed feelings”
I have mixed impressions about this hotel. The city view is nice, the bed is comfortable, and the rooms are quiet, I appreciate that especially because in the hotel in which I stayed after the Ibis Hotel it was so lout, the other guests made such a noise until late in the night. But in the Ibis Hotel it's really quiet in comparison. But the internet is slow, it's impossible to load videos from American or your country's websites, only Chinese websites are somehow accessible. And the rooms could be cleaner, on the first view they look very clean, but if you look in the corners you know what happens if the house keepers never use a vacuum cleaner. So in conclusion, if you need a quiet hotel, I can recommend the Ibis, if you need a fast internet connection, then stay somewhere else.

Amazing Customer Service!”
This may not be the best hotel in terms of location, cleanliness, and facilities, but the customer service is the best I have experienced in China to date. The fantastic customer service alone trumps everything else and makes this hotel a great place to stay. The staff not only went out of their way to answer my questions and fulfil my requests, but they did it with a smile, which is almost unheard of in China. I was so blown away by the staff's politeness and willingness to offer assistance in any way they could that I extended my stay for an extra week. In a country where rudeness is the norm and customer service is practically non-existent, these guys truly stand out from the rest. Thank you Ibis staff :D

Good hotel, clean room”
Stayed for two nights in Wuhan for business trip. The hotel room was good, clean. Internet access was trough an ethernet cable. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but it looked quite good. Will try it next time.

Very difficult to find, mixed feelings”
I spend two hours trying to find that hotel, and that on a day with 35 degrees. I went along the road where the hotel should be located, but when I reached the right house number there was no hotel. I had to ask in a 7 Days Inn, they told me the right direction. In fact the hotel was located in the Minzu Dadao, not in the Xiongchu Dadao, but at the crossing of these two streets. I tried to explain it to the staff in Chinese, then it seemed she could speak a bit English, but not very well, although Ibis is a western hotel chain. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, but the WiFi was very slow, that was the reason why I checked out after two days.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Was with my parents. Though everything was basic, it provided for what we need. Not sure if they are able to properly converse in English though as I was lucky to be able to speak the native language.

The signage is too smalll to find. I asked the police nearby but she didn't know and I have to ask another hotel staff. The place was clean and tidy. The reception staff was very helpful. Location near subway and good location to the sightseeing places. Will stay when go there again.

Very hospitable, clean and friendly staff”
The staff was way more than helpful! They really know how to treat a guest ! They were helpful on directions and attraction recommendations. It's not too far from the subway and by many shopping places. Just know the traffic is bad, so if you are going to take a taxi to the train station or airport, allot yourself an extra 30 min. (AKA, if the staff tells you it's about an hour to the train station, allot yourself 90 min.) Also, no breakfast included, but there is a Starbucks next door.

The hotel is new and built in 2011. There are a lot rooms. Though all of them are small but clean. Everything is nice and also included free internet access. Only one thing should be notice, the name in the main building is very small and it is difficult for the taxi driver.

It's cheap but it's really a good choice for people who only want a nice and quite place to sleep. The food in that time plaza(I don't remember the name now) are amazing, especially the 黃燜鳮米飯. I'll recommend it to my friends.
