Helpful staff”
We only stayed 1 night for a stopover to Barcelona. We had a superior premium room so had a lounge outside our bedroom. We were tired so ordered room service rather than eat out & it was raining. the food was very tasty & was brought up with a smile. There is also a minibar in the room which we like. The hotel is good for conferences or tour groups. The only issue was the twin beds pushed together rather than 1 bed.

It’ll do in a pinch”
I suppose for a small town, this hotel will do. But no restaurant, no room service, no kettle or even glasses or cups in the room. It is close to a square with restaurants although they don’t open till 8-9PM. We saw lots of chairs in the square but not sure why there weren’t a lot of people there, maybe because it was freezing, but we expected more people since it was a Saturday night. The wifi in the hotel is quite fast though.

Generally good with helpful staff. but... There was no hot water jug or cups in the room. The wifi was difficult to connect to as it took repeated efforts to bring up the login page.

Hotel limpio, aunque edificio por fuera con aspecto de viejito, por dentro esta muy bien de haberse reformado y modernizado, las habitaciones espaciosas, luminosas un buen baño con bañera. El personal educado y atento. Te informan de lo que uno necesite. Muy cerca del Estadio de la Romareda y el Auditorio. Por la zona hay algún que otro bar. En el centro comercial ubicado al lado del Auditorio hay un restaurante con menu 12,50 entre semana y 13 en fin de semana. Platos muy ricos.

Mal olor en la habitación. Se oye todo. Las puertas meten mucho ruido ... para el precio y estrellas las habitaciones y baños dejan bastante que desear.

Hotel normalito. La habitación tipo "Superior Prem”
Se vende como hotel "ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad", lo cual no es absoluto cierto. Si bien Zaragoza no es una ciudad muy grande, es necesario utilizar algún tipo de transporte para llegar al centro urbano. Las habitaciones, incluso las de categoría superior, son muy justitas para un supuesto 4 estrellas. La restauración no está mal, buena para la comida y algo más pobre para las cenas.

la habitacion es como un mini apartamento con sofas dos tv tiene mini bar. el internet es gratuito y el buffet de desayuno es extenso y muy bueno. los empleados del hotel son muy bueno.
