The hotel location is excellent.. Staff is also satisfactory.. But the AC in the room was pathetic.. We had a very disappointing time during the hot weather.. Not recommended at least during summers..

By no means a 4* Hotel as claimed”
We were residing there in January 2020 when ambiant temperature was touching 7°C. The air-conditioning plant was non functional thus room temperature could not be controlled. With great difficulty & after managers intervention I was able to obtain a heat blower for the room. The warm running water is available only between 6:00 to 10:00 morning & evening which is ridiculous & water is also just about warm but not hot. Toileteries are not replenished adequately. The front desk staff need loads of training in understanding traveller requirements & resolving issues. During check-out the supporting vouchers also need to be called for from the concerned departments when requested & there is no system of its advance collection even when informed for an early morning check-out. In all we were quite disappointed with the service from a self proclaimed 4 Star Hotel. Need a lot of training and maintenance to even toilet flush panels which were at times non functional.

I will go to another hotel as soon as a room is available even if I already paid for the whole duration of my visit to Lucknow. I am ready to pay more as I want a clean place where to stay when paying such an amount of money for a room. The room I booked via Agoda website was not the room provided by the hotel. I can provide pictures on request to prove what I say. This hotel was probably a good one 30 years ago. It cannot be rated 3.5 stars nowadays.

Very very poor room services. Food third class and expensive. I think they serve old meal to room service. House keeping third class. A water bottle can nit supply inspite of 5 reminder’s. Make sure you take your water along with.

Bad Service”
This property and location is good. This is the second time I have visited and in a year time they had reduce there staff which has impacted on service badly. They don't have their own vehicle if you want to visit any place, so you have to liaise on your own sources. Receptionist was so lazy and there is no warm welcome in a hotel. This was my last visit and totally bad experience.

Disappointing experience. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and food and beverages good Room was not good. bathtub was not clean and there was no plug. The toilet leaked when flushed toilet seat was loose. the AC did not work I had to ask for a new room. The person at front desk had no idea what they were doing. I would not stay here again

All women Travellers- please steer clear of this place. The rooms don’t even have proper locks. ”
The rooms don’t have proper facilities. The hot water comes only in the morning and evening. The flushes leak and the hotel is only good looking in pics. Women Travellers- please, please stay away. I had an incident in which I heard a door knock at midnight. I was scared to death. Upon calling reception, I found out that it was the housekeeping staff. The Cctv footage was made available. But, It was a scary experience. The location is good but nothing other than that is worth this hotel

I waited for about an hour in the common area because the staff was busy with nothing and was just trying to show they are busy. Staff is not very professional and they usually communicate in a very careless way.

Poor housekeeping and poor service”
Booked a non smoking room but was given room full of cigarette smell. Walls were dirty. Toiletry were missing; had to request to get them. Luggage took 20 mins to reach the room after 3 reminders. Seems they have staff shortage. Previous guest had forgotten undergarment in wardrobe which noone bothered to remove. Hair on so called fresh bedsheets. Will not recommend or ever stay again in this hotel.

No facility and very high price. Laundry and ironing takes one day. Iron and iron board was provided upon request. However iron was too old with bad calibration and I unfortunately end up burning my tie.
