The facility is huge but due to lack of management attention it is not maintained well. The dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed. You'll see dirty and garbage everywhere, every corner of the room as well as hotel facility. Lot of electrical and plumbing utilities are useless. Staff at reception can be better used as they (He) busy on WhatsApp most of the time. Customer requests are very secondary to the main staff as they forget the customer requests being busy on whatsapp. We would like to request management to pay attention to small things as this hotel can be one of best. We took it granted assuming lockdown and unavailability of enough staff to maintain the facility and provide better customer services. Thank you.

It was really bad experience for the room service. We were booked for 2 days. The door lock was broken and the bathroom lock too. On 2nd day morning we asked for room service and to clean the floor however the cleaners came at 4 in the evening and that to be when we forced them to do so. Same goes for water we asked for water and it came after 3 to 4 hrs. Staff was not supportive.

The rooms were pretty smelly and the bedsheet and comforter had blood stains. Bathroom was very uncleaned. not recommended at all

Check in was late for like an hour and then ac remotes were missing we need to call reception again and again and no person to bring some stuff if need you have to go out personally and the market is like 15 mins away by car if no traffic otherwise u will waste 45 mins overall not satisfied at all

The staff is not professional and the Restaurant facility is worst. Room service Phone, TV not working. If you would like to spend time as expected in Resort so definitely this is not an option, It is Lodge just for a stay.

We made a Mistake by booking here. The service is bad. Hygiene not maintained. The housekeeping boys are lethargic and not ready to help. Asked for towels he said abhi nahi milega and during check out we saw 40-50 towels lying down. The phone numbers are not working, intercom is dead. The rooms are dirt cheap however they are not value for money. Uploading the photos to view. Inside the room, the color has faded. Stickers peeling off. Outside ,the view was pleasant. I would not recommend to family. Giving you 2 stars for being cheap and the outer view.

no manners reception how to talk with customer. poor service cleanness room smelling not able to sit and sleep in that environment. electricity fluctuation many time this is not resort this is ghost resort. canteen so bad smelling if you eat then definitely omitting. so many cat in restaurant and outside of room . blanket is so smelling we hole night not sleep , deciding to go home or check in with some other hotels. no water in wash basin and inside of bathroom. i will not suggest any one to visit so dirty place. hotel is inside and horrible place. this is my worst experience. when will call to reception or manage not responding.

For family it's a worst resort..Door me inside lock nahi hai..in bathroom also no lock outside.Dinning area ta bohot hi bekar hai..in All total its a worst resort..don't waste ur money..we paid 3500rs per night..it's our worst experience..staff are very good ...food is just worse...

The name is Indus valley resort. However this is not resort. This is hotel. There is nothing like resort here. Hotel staff told me that there will be 2 types of breakfast one south indian and one north indian. But in reality only poha provided that too very cold. Staff is rude. Do not fall in this trap. The amount may be less for this one but you will regret on your choice.
