Being located next to the train station is very useful, and the hotel is also only a short walk from the city centre. The rooms were very comfortable with all that one might need for a stay, and the staff were very friendly.

Good location but parking was tricky”
Great location because it's minutes walk away from the Alstadt. However, the parking was tricky because there were two entrances to two different carparks. The hotel's carpark is on the right. Do NOT enter the concert house carpark on the left. Just remember to choose the RIGHT side. Parking was about 14Euros for us. We parked after 8pm and left around 10plus the next morning. You could get some discount coupons from the recep.

This hotel is located beside the main station (Freiburg Hauptbanhof), and near from the city center. We can find many good restaurants and shops around the hotel. They serves a free transportation ticket, for which we can take a bus, tram, train in Freiburg city, validated during staying the hotel. The minibar (water, beer, wine) is equipped in the confortable room, but the beds are small in the twin room.

Hotel is right above the train station. There is a bakery, and convenient store around the hotel, the other shopping is only beside the hotel as well, its in a quiet location of Freiburg but the windows of the room are thin thus people talking on the street could be heard during the night.

Very convenient, just next to train station, very easy to access the city center. The staffs are very helpful. Clean rooms, good views, not as noisy as addressed by previous review. I would like the hotel to provide more electrical adaptors. They are not enough for the foreign guests.

Convenient Hotel”
Intercity is a standard hotel. For me, its best feature is its' location. It is just right next to the train station. and it is close enough to the city center. Breakfast was included in our stay, and the food was okay. The staff were quite accommodating and friendly. The hotel is located near a bunch of restaurants, so eating is not a problem. The beds were small. We got 2 single beds in the room.

The hotel was is a part of train station, very close to Konzertcenter and at a walking distance to Old town attractions and shopping stores. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and there was a minibar and a safe inside the room.

the hotel has a good breakfast buffet, the staff was nice and eventhought the roons are a bit small, there is enought space for two people. the local transport ticket you get upon your arrival for free is a great deal. one of the nights was a bit noisy, but the other two were fine.

Inter City Hotel”
I read the review about the hotel provided by previous guests and did not expect much from the stay. However, the hotel turns out to be very conveneint and comfortable. It was very easy for my friend and I to wake up in the morning and catch a bus to Europapark since the bus stop is just next to the hotel. We initially booked a room without breakfast but the staff told us that the price we paid already included breakfast so we decided to eat. Turns out we have to pay extra fee for 2 meals.

Clean and superb location”
Overall we are happy with the stay. The location is perfect, and the room is comfortable and clean. There are some supermarkets and pharmacies located just next to the hotel, which allow us to buy simple food and basic toiletries conveniently. The only slight drawback is that we can hear the noise from the train station at night till late hours from our room at 3rd floor. Rooms at higher floor may not have this problem.

Great Staff support”
When we checked in, we found that the room was not air-conditioned as the air conditioner was spoilt. The wireless internet was also down. It was pretty hard for us to stay in such condition But thankfully, the staff Promptly changed the room for us to a air-conditioned room. They were also trying hard to solve the wireless internet issue. They managed to solve it the next day. They are a group of awesome staff who helped us through our problems. I spent a great birthday in the hotel!

Excellent facilities”
The location and room facilities of this hotel were excellent. It even offered us free travel cards for local transport during our stay. As it was close to the railway station, about 1 minute walk, it was also noisy at night as our room was next to the tracks. I did not have breakfast there so I don't know whether the food was good.
