    Concept good execution not”

    While I understand the concept of a code access hotel here it got some flaws. The description how it all suppose to work causes in part misunderstanding. There is no phone to a customer service at the entrance for emergency. I meet a few people walking in and outside hotel trying to manage access to their hotel and rooms. If you arrive from abroad you won’t have a sim and phone connection which can make check in after 18.00 complicated if u don’t have yet your access codes and no means to call somebody. Rooms are great staff are mostly rude but thus seems to be normal nowadays. Cleaning staff knocked the door at 9.00 to check if I checked out already -check out is at 11.00 don’t disturb your guest. No this hotel is not for me. Expensive as well considering the limited staff cost.

    悪夢”

    受付終了後のセルフチェックインでメールに届くはずの12桁のアクセスコードが届いておらずフランクフルト空港到着後ドイツ人友達に電話してもらい事情を説明してもらいこれで全てがうまくいったと思って安心した届いたQRコードも全く使えず結局そこに泊まっていたアイルランド人男性に助けてもらい問題解決するまで1時間かかりその後その方の全面協力の下ようやく部屋に入れた。一体宿泊客をなんと思っているんだろう？！

    공항에서 가깝고, 주차시설 좋습니다 1일 20유로 정도 레베와 지하주차장을 같이 사용합니다. 편의시설 넘 좋습니다. 방 넓어서 캐리어 4개 펴 놓고 짐정리 했어요 매우 만족
