Welcome Home Indeed”
We've enjoyed iRoha Garden many times actually, and there's a reason we go back. We can relax and be refreshed. The location's great because it's still in Phnom Penh and we can spend more time there, not traveling. The facility is a calming garden oasis hidden in the middle of the city. The rooms we've stayed in are spacious and comfortable. The staff...yes, the staff is also a huge part of why we stay. First, you see that they pay attention to detail which stands out from other hotels. Second, you are always greeted with a hardy "Welcome home!" which may seem like a nice hospitality thing, but we've soon realized that indeed we are welcomed home. In an age of so much virtual meetings and isolation, it's refreshing to have both personal touches and caring people. Oh, and don't miss breakfast. It's a great way to start the day with several options from healthy options, Western options, and Asian options. We've really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast which has a variety of different things plated beautifully, and it's delicious! So if you want a great urban oasis to relax and be refreshed and have a warm welcome home away from home, indeed, stay at iRoha Garden.

Beautiful Guesthouse, Brilliant Staff”
My partner and I stayed at iRoHa Hotel after arriving in Phnom Pen for two nights. This boutique hotel is gorgeous. Leafy garden, fruit trees and a lovely clean pool. The breakfast was delicious (try the iRoHa French toast!). The room was very thoughtfully decorated, with aircon, mosquito net, a balcony and small touches which made our stay very special. The staff were extremely helpful. Frustratingly our luggage did not arrive with us and the staff repeatedly called the airport for us without us even having to ask them too. They noticed when we needed things too (a plaster after temporary flip flops had rubbed my feet, mosquito coil as we sat by the poolside, a bag for the extra clothes we had bought before we left). Noticing how upset I was after finding out we weren’t getting our luggage before moving to our next destination, the hotel owner very kindly gave me two beautiful handmade Cambodian scarfs and to my surprise had sent a bottle of wine to our next hotel! We also loved the location. Close to the Russian Market area which was a great mix of local and modern vibes. I highly recommend iRoHa Hotel. It was incredibly good value for money and we would definitely stay here again!

A secret gem in the middle of Phnom Penh”
You’d never guess that in this quiet district home to many high-walled embassies that you’d find the lush, green, homely Iroha Hotel. Situated on a private street, the hotel is truly a gem in bustling Phnom Penh. We stayed for two nights in the amazing villa (loved that it was furnished entirely by local designers!). On the night we arrived the kitchen had already closed and the hotel’s Japanese manager/owner went out of the way to buy dinner for us outside and we enjoyed it by the hotel’s poolside. The hotel has its own Tuk Tuks which were not only cleaner but also cheaper than those you’d hail off the street. The hotel staff were super friendly and attentive - they’d even walked us out to our tuk tuk and waved goodbye till we disappeared from sight! The hotel’s pool and surrounding garden is just perfect for relaxing, the silence broken only by the sound of chirping birds! We loved everything about IRoHa and would recommend it to all.

GREAT BOUTIQUE HOTEL”
I’ve been to some of the best hotels in this world but when it comes to service and customer satisfaction this is one of the best. I would put it on par with any of the best hotels staff in the world. From the owner Mr. Kuroda to the manager Theara and all their staff I take my hat off to you. From the minute you step into their resort you are treated like family and it doesn’t stop there. They are always looking to go the extra miles to do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

Great stay highly recommend”
Everybody took care of us like family here. Great attention to detail and you won’t find this kind of attention in a big resort. Breakfast is good with good choice. Although the comfort room is little small with a very small bathroom, this was just a small complaint but rest of the good things quickly made us forget about it. They also gave us a temporary room after we checked out since we had an evening flight. Location is little away from palace etc but only a couple of dollar tuk tuk ride. Nice pool. We tried the restaurant and the option is very limited specially for vegetarians. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful and attentive stay in Phnom Penh.

A lush and beautiful place to come home to..”
A beautifully restored villa in the style of 1960s modern Khmer architecture surrounded by a lush garden with many spots to enjoy sole tranquility. The hotel is tastefully decorated with a mix of Khmer style and European furniture pieces. The owner greeted me and checks in with me every day. The staff here are the sweetest and most helpful people, I have encountered in my travels! You are greeted with a ‘Welcome Home’ every time you return to the villa. It is 20 min by tuk-tuk from the main touristic area, but close to Toul Tompoung with cafés and shops. I stayed here for four nights after six weeks of traveling, and it was exactly the break and feel of something familiar, I needed. I have already booked my return stay here.

We booked this hotel because they offer a spa service which is very convenient. Spa was excellent! Beautiful hotel with impressive room layout and decor. Love the exclusivity and tranquility of the whole space. Location was in a quiet neighborhood. We booked Grab rides to and from the hotel without any problem. Staff were friendly and accommodating. This place is very nice. You feel really at home with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, and great food. Yet you are in the middle of PP! No noise, all serene. It is not like a 5 star but it has character and most than comfortable. Lastly the staff are amazingly kind , and so is the manager of the hotel. You will be at home in the center of PP! Enjoy!

Our best choice for Phnom Penh”
Very clean and nice garden with lovely pool appreciated by my daughter of 10 years old, the owner propriety even was there at early morning 4:00am and said safe trip for our departure! Compared with other facilities, I do believe the area is quiet (close to huge Vietnam Embassy). We had good sleep without disturbed by mosquitos during our stay.

Our second stay and will be back for a third”
We live in Phnom Penh, but have stayed at iRoha twice now for a "staycation" with our toddler (it's the ONLY hotel we've ever stayed at more than once). We love that there is grassy space for her to run around, a kiddy pool, a high chair, a cot and the pool is raised so she can run around without us having to chase her so she doesn't fall in. The owner and the staff are all so friendly and lovely. The hotel is not open to the public so the grounds are very peaceful. It's a lovely break from the business of the city. We will certainly be back a third time!

The hotel has a beautiful garden, swimming pool and comfortable room with nice interior, I was able to rest while feeling Asian style atmosphere. From the moment we walked into the property, we felt welcomed as the owner came over to introduce himself and greet us. The staff and overall service were incredible. Very quite and peaceful area and just a short tuk tuk ride away from the main bars, and tourist strip. The tuk tuks were always a great highlight of our days and full of constant entertainment. After 2 months travelling South East Asia , it is by far one of our favorite places we have stayed at yet.

This is a very friendly well run boutique hotel who go the extra mile. I.e I had a bad cough and with in seconds of arriving there was fresh ginger tea and cough sweets in front of me. Every day I was asked if I need more medicine! They would not except any money ( gave in tip box 😉) book tuk tuk through them they organise the driver and at such a good rate and good drivers. Great hidden gem! ”
I stayed here back in June and loved every minute! The staff really do make this place, they cannot do enough for you. Room was large and clean, I did have a small lizard visit me on one night but that was not an issue at all! Food was amazing and well priced too. Pool is one of the best in the city and I have stayed at a few places now. The only very minor down side is the room prices are on the high end, and seem to be going up, but the property and service is amazing! I would 100% recommend.

Possibly the best service we have ever received at a hotel”
This is a great little boutique hotel in a quiet area. Rooms are very nice, all the amenities you need are provided and the restaurant serves a good meal. What separates this hotel from others is the staff and the service they provide. They simply can't do enough for you. The "thank you's", "welcome home" (after a day out on tour), help arranging tours and transportation, making recommendations for dinner, etc are all most welcome. It starts with the owner who is always around and engaging. Highly recommend this property.
