Best Hospitality in Agra”
I would love to recommend this Hotel to everyone who are planning to visit Agra. We had booked this hotel for 1 night stay. The staff is excellent and very well behaved. They always have a warm welcoming smile on their faces. I just loved the way our overall check-in process was handled at the reception by Miss Mohita. She was very courteous and helpful when she found that our daughter wasn't keeping well and gave us a early check-in with an upgrade. The breakfast spread was also very nice and we enjoyed the food. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely plan a stay at ITC Mughal whenever we are in Agra. 5 more stars for the entire staff. Really appreciate.

I had a great experience at ITC Mughal, and the credit goes to excellent services provided by Team ITC Mughal. I want to thank Mr. Ajay Das at reception, he was an excellent host to us and he did best in everyway we could ask for. Also, food was excellent as well and I wanted to thank the Chef but I forgot her name. Overall a 5 star experience and I am willing to visit again soon.... Although it was a short stay, but the moment we stepped in, I knew its going to be a good one. The property is extremely beautiful with lots of space to roam around and click beautiful pictures. Food was good, staff was courteous. Room was very clean and up to the mark. Worth it.

beautiful hotel to stay and spend your time”
if you have visited agra before and want to go there agan, so you won't have much places to visit. so you may want to spend some quality time with your friends and family. I will recommend this hotel to do so. they have lots of activities to do inside the hotel and even if you don't want to do anything, you can just relax in their garden and spend quality time. everything was fabulous in this hotel except the room and bathroom size. both were a bit smaller than expectations. can't say rooms are tiny, but still a bit smaller to give you feel of luxury.

I would like to mention that 2 nights stay at ITC Mughal Agra has been really nice. Its a heritage property and very near to Taj Mahal. Property has an awesome garden and spa. Due to covid swiminng pool was closed but this was compensated by the stroll in the beautiful garden and sunbathing during cold winter day. It also has Agras best breakfast spreads. Really nice stay and value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel to anybody coming to Agra for first time!!

Perfect location to visit the TAJ. Worth the upgrade to the suite for the extra space and use of the lounge. Plenty of activities available for all ages to entertain. Location is great. Just 3kms from taj mahal. The lawns are so beautiful. The room was garden view. Wish we had more time to enjoy the property. Front desk was very helpful to answer all our queries regarding the visit to Taj Mahal.

This was the first time I stayed in ITCMughal Agra. Being a heritage property I wasnt expecting it to be so well maintained. We travelled in a group with young kids and their rooms had sofa cum beds so the kids could sleep comfortably with their parents. The best part is the lush green campus. There is ample of open space to walk around and Soak in the sun. The staff is great. Would love to stay here again.
