This property will never give you feeling of hotel ,it’s just totally a house flat ,and kind of smell inside the flat like family with kids living inside ,,facility very worse ,,the money I paid is honestly expensive compared other property in Abu Dhabi ,,no feeling of hotel at all ,,what you will do of huge flat ? We want one night stay with feeling of three or five star hotel ,,not just old small flat pillows and old blankets ,,only one star ⭐️ for this property ,,more than 100 pay for this property is just not justice

We are unable to use the first night. As per hotel policy, they require original passport though i have had all hard copies in hand. To think that we came from Dubai. We went back just to get her pp. we did not return from dubai as my kid is exhausted . though someone from the hotel is polite and willing to do what he can. But apparently and as expected we did not manage to move the 1 night. A very bad experience we had.

Rooms are spacious but not maintained properly, iron boards are damaged and smell bad. When we opened the wardrobe it's smells like no one used it for many years. They don't keep water bottles in the room, neither you can order from room service or housekeeping. Both Receptionist were friendly and helpful. They have kitchen with all required utensils and cutleries.

No parking place in the hotel. There are public parking spots available under payment, but not enough after 6pm. All around under construction. Old facilities with poor maintenance. Kitchen not properly furnished.

Unprofessional Customer Service”
The hotel was okay overall except for the poor customer service. I want to specify Danish from the front desk area for providing misinformation and shouting at the guests. What a disgrace especially he is representing the name of the hotel. He could have approached me in a respectful way just like the other staff who was the attendant near the lift. He really needs to be trained with manners because his attitude is 1/100. therefore i am not recommending this hotel.

Worst experience ever! Please dont waste your money at this hotel. Foremost, i wont even rate this hotel even a star. We took 2 rooms at first then added 1 more because they wont allow visitors even they wont stay for long. Upon check in they told us we have to make sure hotel room is clean, free of stains, no breakages or else we will shoulder the cost. Like wtf? We are already pre-judged before we even enter the rooms. Whats even worst is that they are asking for a 500 aed deposit which was not informed to us beforehand. There is really something wrong with their system as this is our first time to encounter such insane hotel service. Rooms arent worth your money so if your looking for value for money this isnt the place to go to. We just wanted to relax and enjoy but it ended up as a horrible night for all of us.

Easy access hotel, from the airport with the bus A1, stop at Abu Dhabi City Terminal. By bus, it takes 1 hour. And 30-45 min. by taxi (depend on traffic) 15 min. by foot to Abu Dhabi Mall. We stayed at room n° 305, from 4 to 7 Feb. 2016. Correct room, confortable bed and correct breakfast. The hotel renovate their exterior facade, so don't be affraid with its first appearance. The staff at the reception and room service are helpfull.

I stayed in this hotel apartment from 5-Apr-2018 to 30-Apr-2018. The location is great as it is the heart of the city. Parking is bit challenging if you do not have a residential permit. Fire alarm goes on and off for no reason. It has a small gym and due to the AC air you don't feel like using it. There are 2 building just opposite to it which is under construction so expect some noise. One this was strange that even though hotel provided housekeeping and the hotel was absolutely clean there were cockroaches in the apartment. So that was pretty disappointing. Staff is good and courteous.

the 2 bedroom apartment is big. with 2 toilets. staff are friendly and very helpful. there is no dedicated car park for guests. i have to park my car quite far. many restaurants just walking distance from the hotel. the bed in the master bedroom is very firm/hard. luckily we are very tired and just slept away.
