Friendly, relaxed hostel, beautiful people. i had an accident broke a couple ribs, they fed me, washed my clothes and when there was no improvent took me hospital even visiting everyday to make sure i was comfotable and had all i needed. All the while caring and smiling. I loved this place and the people! Genuine and honest. I will be passing on this compassion asap. Thank You to all the people there during my stay. I will never forget you, with love.x

The best hostel to stay in here at KK! The staff are friendly and very nice. The room is clean and well-prepared before you come there. I recommend this to whoever wants a place that’s accessible to Malls, Restaurants, and Pulau.

This hostel is very worth the money u spent, it's a budget hostel so don't expect too much, they offer tea/coffee too so that's a plus. Besides the location is just the best location u can hope for in KK, in the gaya street so u don't need to walk too far to crave for food, mall is just walking distance too. Overall satisfy especially for the price!

I stayed first one night before go to Semporna, and I stayed again when I went back to Kota Kinabalu. Staff is super great,really helpful and friendly. Facilities are good,and clean. Beds are comfortable. Good breakfast. Maybe the only thing,no plugs next to the beds. Bus terminal to airport or to Inanam Bus terminal (Bus to Semporna) 10min walking from.

shower broken for a while still not fix so no hot water, rooms are shared with some long term stay there so room condition may not as clean or spacious anymore since some long term stay put up a lot of stuffs like their mini kitchen, food store, shelf etc. Despite the low fee, breakfast is still served, hot coffee is provided and most people there are friendly. I am about 80kg when I climbed up the bund bed the whole bed frame could have fallen down. also not suitable if you drive and need a parking especially during day time.

If you’re looking for somewhere with easy access to KK town and budget friendly, this is definitely worth it! Definitely worth if you just need a place to crash after a long tiring of sightseeing and island hopping. Staff are friendly too!

Location is great, staff is friendly. However, i have requested for none smoking room, but i was given a room full of smoking smell. It has greatly affected my sleeping. One of the water heater is not functioning, and the toilet is pretty dark. They should have change the light bulb

Stayed there for 2 nights. I got what I paid for. Aircon only available from 8pm to 8am which was okay to me since I spent most daytime outside. The common room made me feel at home. The staffs, Amy and her brother..friendly and helpful. Do expect the noisiness from the street and the heat during hot days... But it's okay if you know your money paid for it, is worth. I just hope the water pressure is higher. Look at it this way, the shower room are shared, and we don't want people waiting for you showering that long just because of water pressure is low. Once you improve it, people will shower a bit quicker.. But overall.. I like the place.. And will stay there again next time.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately there was water disruption when we were staying so we couldnt use the bathroom on our floor. But beside that it was worth the money especially for the location (walking distance to the mall and jetty and lots of good food!)
