The reception is very cooperative.The suites were royal and opulent .We got room no 107 which offers best view of the lake My parents loved it Value for money on Agoda .Food for breakfast was ok.Aamby valley food is bad.Otherwise all things good.Juvana suites are the best property in lonavala.fast service by housekeeping.The jacuzzi in the room is soothing and fun.Rich fittings.Beautiful interior Such a well maintained property Juvana resort and spa is.After Aveda suites spoiled my mood.Juvana suites lifted our moods and made our stay super enjoyable.Serene location.Loved it.Want to visit Juvana again and again.

Location is very good, Suite is very spacious. Few items needs maintenance, but overall very nice. Food quality in breakfast needs improvement - A- Cafe not so good. Guests should be allowed to have breakfast in Woodpecker.

Location is great no doubt .. rooms were good.. but rooms alloted to us were leaking during the rainy season so we have to move to New room. Shifting luggage again n again with toddlers was a bit pain for us.. Also we were travelling with toddlers.. this hotel is good for stay ..cant rely much for food n services.. they take a lott of time to deliver in rooms during rainy season .. even simple milk was delivered by an hour.. breakfast was far at another place. Would recommend to keep breakfast in your hotel itself. If u r young .. or with older children .. this hotel is best for location.. but if u r travelling with toddlers or very young kids.. better carry food n milk with u..

The rooms are good - but you can notice that everything has seen better days - looks like they are understaffed or staff are not equipped. We had to call 6 times to get coffee mugs for our rooms. Views are fantastic. Service is non existent. Did not try the food.

When we were allotted room there were no towels. For couple there should be two brushes but only one was kept. Also breakfast complimentary was 4 kms away and not transport facility available. Food is also very costly.

This is a mess of a resort. The vastness of the property and natural scenic beauty saved the trip from becoming a full fledged disaster. Very poor service, almost non existing housekeeping, maintenance and cleanliness simply poor, the juvana cottage design is done by some artitect who was surely disoriented. Imagine all cottages occupied by us (3) were facing backwards to the lake. Rates are sky high. We knew about the booling cost but the food costs are almost daylight robbery. roti 100 each, naan 200 each, water 100 per bottle. Super rich ...pls enjoy.

Beautiful view but very dirty rooms”
The rooms are very dirty, the upholstery has large stains. Cleanliness is totally absent. Came back with bed bug bites. Definitely not 5 star standard and class in service.
