My entire stay of 2 days was bliss because of Kluney Manor. You can spend entire half or full day staying and exploring the entire property itself.

Pros: 1) Reasonable price 2) Big resort with greenary 3) Good service 4) Excellent food 5) Nice ambience 6) Free breakfast Cons: 1) Rooms are very cold 2) Thick blanket should be given Overall nice experience. If you are a couple, then take executive room.

Amazing Property”
This is a gem of a property hidden in the middle of the Ooty city. Amazing property and ambience. However, the housekeeping staff is not at all good. We requested multiple times for additional blankets for kids as it was really cold, though they said they will send it to the room, did not keep the promise. We felt really bad about this attitude from house keeping staff.

Awesome location with perfect gardens to play Although prices are high but the food is delicious I feel it's not worth to spend 2300 rupees for stay ...it would be better if they provide more amenities Wifi is there but no signal in room, they provided one towel for both. But room is spacious Overall stay is less than expected.. but I love their gardens

One of the most beautiful properties in Ooty. Unfortunately very unprofessional management. On checking in, my room had no TV connection. It was finally connected 5 hours after check in. The room had a water jug but no glasses were provided on the first day. The exterior light did not work from the time I checked in till the time I checked out. House keeping average. Breakfast average. Overall room quality average. The only good thing about the room was that there was 24 hrs hot water. One gets the impression that the management is quite content with whatever business comes their way. No effort to make the guests welcome and comfortable.

Pathetic Staff spoiling this excellent property”
I happened to visit this place after seeing the pictures online. The property is amazing with exceptional natural beauty and very well maintained garden. However, the staff and service there is completely useless. The wifi network inside the room was zilch and when I asked the staff they told me that the network is good in the verandah only. Definitely a NO for anyone looking to stay connected using hotel WIFI. Bathtub in the room did not have a plug to fill water. When I asked for the missing plug, they said that 25 ltrs water is required to fill the bath tub so they are not providing bath tub facilities. Then why offer at the first place?? Because, they had some function planned on the next day morning, they wanted is to have early breakfast. But why😏?? Is that my problem... When I asked for 2 plates to have dinner which I had got it packed from outside, they initially refused because it was outside food😡 I almost decided to check out after this pathetic behavior but then they finally were kind enough to give two plates😖. The front office staff is not and never welcoming at all. They act as if we have committed some crime by checking into their property. VERDICT: EXCELLENT PROPERTY AND LANDSCAPING BUT NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. BE READY FOR SOME SUPER STUPID EXCUSES. GOOD PLACE TO TEST YOUR PATIENCE AND PRACTICE ANGER MANAGEMENT.

Resort ambience was good. We took a rustic cottage in this resort. Room was pathetic, resort ambience and the room interiors doesnt match at all. Unfortunately in Agoda there are no pics of the room. Looking at the resort pics, I assumed that the room also will be good. But after checking in to the resort, I was totally disappointed. Food was good though.

Very Good Resort, Excellent Food”
The resort is really good and beautiful. I realized it after seeing it myself. The photos don’t do justice to the actual appearance of the place. Located in a height so the approach road is little steep. New drivers need to be little careful while driving up/down. Restaurant is really good, food is very tasty. Price is reasonable as compared to other places. Ooty is mostly costly everywhere. I feel the service can be improved little bit. I got drinking water after requesting 5 times. Towels were not there in bathroom, I requested for them separately. The staff is really good. But I feel there may be a shortage of staff, which causes catering the items little delayed. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this resort and would definitely recommend to others. Great place to stay if you are visiting Ooty.

Kluney manor was a excellent beautiful place to stay.comfy and clean. Breakfast iddlis with yummy chutneys and sambar.but they have to have some fresh fruits served..Also 2varieties of juices must be kept. Otherwise no complaints.value for money.

Scenic Resort ”
Traveled last week of Oct, resort was really a scenic. Booked Rustic cottage which was more like a small studio upgraded to Classic Cottage. Garden’s were maintained excellent, Rooms were spacious ( Classic Cottage ) & clean. They should make sure they provide all toiletries ( as there is no shops nearby ) and a washed clean towel. Can have some sign boards at Elk Hills. At Classic Cottage may be you can keep Bigger TV, basic kettle set to make tea / coffee which is standard in 3 star hotels & resorts. Staff’s are very good & friendly. Overall good experience......

Rustic cottages, Kluney Manor ”
We stayed at the Rustic Cottages in Kluney Manor. It was simply horrible. very very basic for the nearly Rs 4000 per night stay. no kettle in the room. just one quilt, no room heater. had to pay for the room heater and unless u touch it, u dont even realise it works. absolute rubbish rooms. also most of the rooms are a long trek from the main building and if u are travelling with elderly people, its a problem. hated it.
