Food was unsatisfactory. No pleasant bar to sit and relax in considering the size of the hotel. It seems to have a 'once upon a time' feel about and its heyday went a long time ago. For Cambodia, an extremely expensive hotel. It is very convenient for a one night stay when doing a 'visa run'. The staff were very pleasant.

A sad decline”
Rooms are dirty and feels outdated. Staff annoyed and unhelpful. Breakfast is low quality food from the Casino food Centre. I suspect they got hard hit by the covid19 situation and the decline in tourism

Expensive and didn’t offer much!”
The location is not very confident and the room rates are very expensive for what is included. The rooms are not well equipped and are simple without hot water machine coffee, tea and other accessories. The swimming pool and beach area are nice but the beach area had no chairs. Breakfast was included but very simple. Furthermore, the staff were not helpful and friendly. Hotels/resorts in this price range generally are nicer and we were disappointed.

Super Moon”
Good hotel in case you want to have a peaceful time on seashore. Having a private beach ( didn't swim neither saw anyone swimming there ) . I like to enjoy morning walk , took a bit of pictures of super moon before the walk as i went there early on beach before sun rise. Children enjoy swimming pool. Wifi not available in rooms ( not a big matter for me and family )... Be careful while check out , staff included in bill two coke which we didn't use , later removed it. F&B manager was really nice and good understanding of Halal food which in Cambodia mostly people don't. Location is a bit far ( on Thai Border so if you're visiting Koh Kong you need to pay toll tax on the bridge every time you pass . Good for the guys who use to relax in hotel.

we always interupt the busride from sihanoukville to bangkok at koh kong resort its just nice to enjoy the pool for one or two days before boarding the plane to europe

Great pool”
My son love their pool much. The pool is quite big. However, he lost his watch there while we were swimming so just make sure to keep an eye on your valuables. Overall, facility wise, the resort is great and we'll probably be back there when time and our expenditures permit.

big room but not so stylis”
it was not my first time for me and husband to visit Koh Kong province, but it was our first time to visit this casino and resort. It was a bit disppointed, the beach is not nice, and cant swim at all, the sands are dark and sea water looks very dirty and polluted. the hotel has the big size room, and quite clean as well, but frankly speaking, it is just normally, not so stylish. I guest that is Cambodian standard.but not worth for the price they charged.

Koh Kong resort is probably paradise if you are a Thai gambler - but if you are looking for a nice experience on the beach in Cambodia this is definitely not the place.

stayed here 1 night on the way to koh chang. easy when you have to go to thailand 200m from the border. casinohotel so the must people that stayed here is thai people there is here to gamble,and that you can hear i the resturant where there is very loud karaoke. the hotel is very nice but it is a little bit strange to be here when you are nearly the only on the hotel

Poor choice”
The location was close to the border of Cham Yeam, only about 100 meters, at and, regrettably, was ten kilometers from the town of Koh Kong. A grand building, but that is as far as it goes. Upon arrival I was asked for, the usual, deposit, of $120 which could only be paid in cash and not credit card. I was shocked to learn that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby area. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable if you could make do without your laptop or smart phone in operation. The facilities in the room were sparse, nothing but water in the mini-bar, no tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom toilet tissue was so thin it was almost see-through and only one towel peg! The breakfast was awful, a choice, to be served to you, and it was pointed out only one dish per coupon, of American breakfast, rice soup or fried rice. No coupon was given for our five year old daughter who was booked in on the reservation and she had to share. There were limited buffet items of

Great hotel in top location”
We were very impressed with the hotel from the moment we walked in the front doors.It was set out very well and easy to find everything.The rooms were big with a well designed bathroom and nice view from the balcony.Outside the pools were very nice also a beach that was very clean and gardens that were very well maintained.Would like to stay again for longer next time.

A hotel that was at the border to Thailand”
We can recommend this hotel to travellers who wait for an easy and quick boarder passing to Thailand.The hotel has a free transportation to the boarder to passangers with luggage which is abt. 300 meters.The hótel includes a casino so the gamblers can enjoy that service,too.

it is supposed to be a casino hotel yet the casino is closed by midnight until 7am and i was very upset to see that they allow children in when i was there there were 14 children from a baby in arms to 10year olds running around shouting and also playing on the machines, not only is this illegal but also it was full of local cambodians who are not allowed under the law who were as bad as the children always shouting, the casino is filthy they seem not to care at all, the breakfast was poor but the service was even worse overall the hotel lacks management they seem to have tried to copy soka beach resort in many areas but have failed miserably there is just no upkeep of the hotel there are cracks everywhere and green moss from the rain growing, the swimming pool is a copy of the one at soka beach a good size but the car is broken and closed as is all of the other external bars you have to try to find staff for a pool towel and a cushion for the sun loungers as also there pool side counter is also closed, i was lucky agado managed to get my stay cut short but i would of left anyway and lost the cost for one night as i was so annoyed i never write reviews but in this case i feel the state of the hotel and casino means that i should to ward other customers avoid this hotel until they can comply with the laws of there own counter and get a propper management team in

the staff is friendly and polite, the room is nice and clean, but, unfortunately, the room no have wifi can use, very bad also, the breakfast is rubbish, no have a lot of choice, due to the few customer the hotel have the beach, but, unfortunately, the beach is not very clean, so, sad
